As a Jamaican more specifically a port lander ( I live close to reach fall), I must say, that not all but a lot of Jamaicans will indeed try to sell or ask you for something.
What about mosquitoes and bugs with those open windows. It looks beautiful but I don't want to get bitten up every night by bugs what was your experience?
How about support the people's business and livelihood and if u literally can't or simply don't want what they have to offer then that's fine but think to support first ok

Its why there are mosquito nets. If u want to live under it.
