well, I play on cn and can get that speed using rb+f on good days around 80 ping, but doing the animation cancel lb>rb+f is really slow, then again I don't have the last tier heart slash/mist slash yet because I witch servers.
+was los I'm having a ping frome arround 20 and duo to the hardware input delay of the mouse there is no way for me to get RMB + F out this fast. Even the proper animation cancel works decent for me, it still looks like hes getting out 6/4 more hits out then me. You can see the one digit ping at the amount of hits hes doing. Even tho its not a clear indicator tho. Western Servers just suck.

When you do RMB + F in stealth, do you hold RMB and just spam F?

+Evolution Tech Ping is the biggest issue and after that its going to being unlocking the last tier of certain skills
