ok got confused after you get the contract with set pricing and all, you DONT have to stick with those rates? So when someone is ready to pay in full or make a payment and i choose a cheaper one, ALL of that changes ?

So you don't have to just take first rate? Ca you choose any of those comparable rates? If i made payments to the group and not the actual individual how can I get that money credit to them? I went to berth guess and it's asking for credit card and deposit when she already paid this. What happened?

Yes if you choose the cheaper rate you need to pay attention to the terms and conditions

So what happens if you dont book all the rooms you set a side? can you cancel the unused rooms without penalty?
