- He-Man and Skeletor create rosters for a hypothetical Eternia Bowl. He-Man names the players for the Heroes offense, while Skeletor names the players for the Villains defense.
If you enjoy stop motion with MOTU characters, please check out "A He-Man Stop Motion Adventure "Plastic Rage!" (Masters of the Universe)" on the Cade Buchanan channel. He used vintage figures and his stories are quite funny. • A He-Man Stop Motion A...
Another channel I highly recommend for MOTU stop motion is MrCurtoons. He has a series called "Skeletor's House" that is classic. He is very professional with his stop motion and deserves a lot more views. Please support his channel. • Arty Dootee visits Ske...

Thanks for watching and supporting this channel!

This draft was more exciting than the actual one. 😂😂👍
Thanks! I appreciate that!
My money is on skeletor and the boys for the upset !! 😅 thanks my friend ❤the video 👍
You're welcome, and thank you! The Villains need a win, that's for sure! 🤘
Love the character selection and your reasons for doing so. I KNEW Ram Man would be fullback. I was wondering if you were going to stop motion a play. That would be EXTREMELY difficult and time consuming. Just the thought of that hit me right in the anxiety!
Great video even better idea / concept. I would’ve never thought of MOTU characters playing football!
Thanks Jonezer, I appreciate the feedback. That's awesome you knew Ram Man would be fullback! He's almost the prototype for that position.
Glad you liked the concept - I wasn't sure if anyone would like this idea. I would like to try to make a few plays with about four or five frames each just to show key moments (key blocks, opening a hole, breaking away, making a catch, or making a tackle) but I think I'll need a bigger field and more space to do it. Maybe someday I will, but it's not likely to be anytime soon.
Three on three basketball could work, but even that would be a chore!
Interesting , Like to see this in other sorts great show
Thanks buddy!
HA HA...The game lasted only a few minutes. On the kick off the ball was kicked so hard it never came back..
🤣🤣 I literally laughed out loud. Thank you for the funny comment! 🤌
this was awesome
Thanks mr destro! Hopefully I'll have something M.A.R.S. has been working on recently to show soon!
First I thought you would really make a stop-motion sequence with all those figures! 😱😄
I always enjoy the behind-the-scenes looks, it's great to see how much effort you put into it! ❤
And since american football isn't that popular here in Germany, I'm thankful I got a glimpse on how it works. 👍🏻
I don't really understand baseball, either. So maybe that's another game you could show. I don't know if it makes sense in a MotU-way, though.
I'm crazy, but not that crazy! I have thought about trying to show a couple big plays using just four or five images to tell the story, but once I saw all the figures together on that tiny field, I decided even that would be too difficult.
For baseball, I think it would be fun to name players for in-field and outfield positions (pitcher, catcher, first, second, third basemen, short stop, left field, right field, amd cemter field). I may do that sometime, though I am not as familiar with baseball as I am with American Football, so my selections might not be as appropriate. Not that it matters!!
Anyway, thanks again for watching and sharing your feedback. It's nice to know what people enjoy and that you're enjoying these stories, etc. 😁
@@brushstroke3733 just let them play chess 😂
Since Volleyball is my favorite sport (been playing since I'm 10 and that is longer ago than I'm willing to accept 😆) of course I first thought that'd be cool, too, but I guess the jumps would be a major problem...
You definitely should stick to becoming a professional voice-over artist! ❤
In germany we have something that I guess is not too common in other countries, but that would be perfect for you: it's an audio play, meaning there's a narrator and several people speaking the characters, with music and sound effects, basically a movie without seeing it.
That is what made MotU big here in the 80s, they made audio plays to tell the characters' stories (38 in total), and that is where Anti-Eternia He-Man was created.
@@lenapeachy6378 Volleyball would be awesome if I had the right equipment and software to do green screens and to remove stands from images so I could make them jump. I love watching behind-the-scenes (or making-of) videos about real stop motion and would love to do some of what they do some day.
I'd love to do those audio plays. They're like the old radio dramas that were popular before TVs, and still influenced good TV shows until fairly recently. For example, I can "watch" the original Star Trek series without even watching it because they were designed to be like those audio plays as well. You can tell what is going on just from listening.
Unfortunately for me, there is already a channel - Masters of the Mini-comics - that thought about and started making audio drama versions of the mini-comics before me. Also Bill from his channel Weird Fantastic Toy Adventures had done that as well, so I felt I should "stay in my lane" and not encroach on the space they'd already started working on. It's out of respect for their channels that I haven't done the same. I would like to work with them on some of theirs though, but I'm not very reliable when it comes to scheduling.
Anyway, thanks so much for the encouragement! Some way, some how I'll become a voice over actor! 😊
@@brushstroke3733 that's very genuine of you (is this the right word?) to appreciate their works that much! Tho I think you'd do a great job on that one! 😉
With that in mind, I think reading the descriptions is a good way to adapt that part.
I didn't know that about the concepts of old series! That's really interesting and something I'll keep an ear on 😉 (though I don't know if they translated it that way, but I love watching shows in english anyway) I'm thinking of the Twilight Zone - possible that was designed that way, too?
Love Star Trek, too! 🖖🏻
@@lenapeachy6378 Fascinating captain, I was also thinking about the Twilight Zone and if it was also designed to work as an audio play as well as a visual show. I'd say yes, though maybe not quite as well as Star Trek because Twilight Zone often seems to rely somewhat on visuals to tell the story of its crazy events. Some episodes would well as audio plays and others do not work as well.
I was thinking maybe I could find those old German MOTU audio plays online and find translations of them (or use AI to translate them, if I can find the scripts.) Then maybe I could re-create them in English.
Considering the popularity of Podcasts, I'm surprised audio plays haven't become a big thing again. Maybe they already are? Is that how some of the true life crime podcasts are told, as audio plays?
It's fun listening to old ones because the combination of audio effects and voices used to tell the story really lets your imagination get involved, more than seeing something visually portrayed. Anyway, happy June 1 to you! (Might be June 2 already for you in Germany though!) 🤔🥳🖖
You don't need to animate the characters. You can have some He-Man's and Skeletor's friends listening to the game on the radio. Then having a brawl or just making comments as the game progress. I don't know anything about football, any way! I'm not a sports fan. I have played basketball and baseball when I was a kid, but never care much. I'm more into movies, comic books, and politics (witch I'm not going to discuss since is such a polemic topic) .
Great suggestion!
