    Loved information clear and precise. Only a technical issue, ant that was background music. I had to struggle to hear you. What is point of music

      Thanks for the feedback, Steve! I usually monitor the audio levels pretty closely, but it sounds (pun somewhat intended) like I could have done a better job with this one. Noted! 👍
      A lot of tutorial creators use background music. I've been using background music for several years on another tutorial channel, and like how it sounds compared to dead silence when I'm not speaking.

      @@AllAboutThatBase1 I have to admit it is a problem of old age. As we age and hearing weakens, we can no longer focus hearing on two things. So when I listen to it i have stress to hear what your saying. I think it would be music at any level. It is done a lot on tv documentaries too. I am not trying to be critical or argumentative, just sharing more on why it is an issue. But i am in minority, so I say keep on doing what is successful. I appreciate the comment back. I wish there was music track option you could turn off, that would be best for both worlds. Steve

    Nice job, Justin! When is your next video droppin'?

    • @AllAboutThatBase1
      @AllAboutThatBase1  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Soon, I hope! I had a few others in early production last fall, but I was going through a bit of chaos on the work side of things and had to step away from video work for a bit. I'm settling into a better routine, though, and hope to release more frequently and consistently this year. If things go according to plan, something should be up within the next week or two!

    Would love an iCloud contacts integration

      I've wished for that myself several times! I'm not sure how easy that would be, though. From the rough searching that I've done so far, Apple hasn't created a public API to access iCloud accounts. Someone on GitHub has made their own for use in Node, but I haven't tried using it yet.

    It’s not convenient to have blurried text - I suggest you use dummy data for the videos

      I completely agree that dummy data would have been better. At the time that didn't occur to me, as I was admittedly rushing to get the news out. Lesson learned!

    Does this works for free plan?

    • @AllAboutThatBase1

      Yes, though there are some restrictions. I'll add a link in the comments to the Airtable support page where you can read more about that.

    great video but the background music is very hectic and not needed on tutorials imho.

      Thanks for the feedback! I've been using background music on another tutorial channel for years, and prefer music over silence when I'm not speaking. I'm hearing from a few folks that the music level was a bit high on this one, though. I'll be more careful with the mix going forward!

    Please drop is horrible music :(

      Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear that you don't like the music. I like the groove of this track, and it's pretty tightly linked to my intro graphics, so I'm probably going to keep it for a while. People are telling me the music was a bit loud in this video, though, so I'll definitely be more careful with the mix going forward.
