omg i can't believe that tony sounded exactly the same as when he was young. he was blessed to have such a beautiful voice and to have kept it as a grown man as well. omg RIP Tony.

Tony worked hard to put this new group together. At that time groups were so hard to get a collective talented focused membership together. Everybody wanted to be the lead or sing to get girls attention.
This was Tony’s record label (N’Depth Enter.), he knew talent, had a vision… Ten Toes Up, first single release from the Return album (2005) by his reformed Hi-5 group.. selected Texas, OKC talented singers to develop further … and for this huge Hi Five (High Five) comeback in late 2005 after disbandment in 1994, with release of the Return project that took 2-1/2 years (2002-2005).. this was first studio album since 1993, over 12-years… however, soon after it’s release was abruptly stopped by bogus lawsuits (…record label, distributors) initiated by two of his former 90s bandmates, alleging their ownership of the group name…thus derailed his effort…🦀🪣

I did radio promotion for this version of High 5 and when they came for their radio show Tony was real cool and humble. I was like thank you for bruh for doing this. I could tell that he wasn’t completely himself but that talent still came through. I’m proud to say I have met you I grew up with you and had you bump in my car in high school. I just hope to get hear you sing in heaven. Always respect and love
