I found this glitch once by myself on accident but when I searched it up it seems to be very popular and it’s known as no clipping, basically you gain a lot of speed then you charge at a wall and with enough speed you can time your punch to phase through

Idk about shift lock setting but on Mobile there is a Button or symbol which is a lock and if U hit it U will go into shift lock mode
