Most meat in Supermarkets and Discounters is very bad. Try to get meat from organic farming (at least "Haltungsform 4" better 5!) And do yourself a favour: Buy bread in a bakery! It is 10x better!!
Germans love bad food. Cheap chemical bread and cheap meat from tortured animals. The main thing is to feed their fat bellies cheaply. How do I know that? I work in retail
