Why Tokyo Feels more Accessible to the Visually Impaired

Accessibility isn't just about convenience, its about making our urban spaces more accomodating and navigable for people with disabilities. I visited the city back in 2011 and spoke to several people to get their thoughts on what about Tokyo provides them the capability to live independent lives.
