    Namaskarum Mami, njan big fan unglodu, ennodu Ammaiyum idhe pole pannuval, its more tasty than paarikka pittilla....luv it...nd ur way too

    So good to see your new video after sometime. Hope all are good at your end. Will try this recipe. I love the way you speak, typical palakkad Iyer accent like us. My grandfather is from chitlanchery, pallakkad. They migrated to Telangana.

    Amma.. I have tried so many of ur recipes.. All of them taste delicious.. I made koottan yesterday it was so nice. Also the nei appam was fantastic .. Even though I am a beginner, it comes out awesome. Pls upload more recipes regularly.. Namaskarams..

    Hi glad that the wonderful traditional duo is back:,). I have request. Can you please teach a Recipie to make a tasty soft Dosa by grinding the batter in the mixie preferably to grind the rice and urad dal to be soaked and ground together.

      Frist Grind the uld dal seperately & rice separately in ice cold water.Soak the uld dal/ Raw Rice with water overnight in Fridge.While Grinding Rice use Puva & methi( soaked) and mix together by stirring vigorously as the uld dal settled down fast due to density always bring the batter to Room temp if kept in the fridge before preparing

      Karamani - Red beans/ red chowli or chori in Hindi/ pacha payaru beans/ seeds of long green beans.
