Hi glad that the wonderful traditional duo is back:,). I have request. Can you please teach a Recipie to make a tasty soft Dosa by grinding the batter in the mixie preferably to grind the rice and urad dal to be soaked and ground together.
Frist Grind the uld dal seperately & rice separately in ice cold water.Soak the uld dal/ Raw Rice with water overnight in Fridge.While Grinding Rice use Puva & methi( soaked) and mix together by stirring vigorously as the uld dal settled down fast due to density always bring the batter to Room temp if kept in the fridge before preparing
