It's not about fame or money, and it still resonates with Michael, as a human being too. Rodrigo has a child's heart and a warrior's soul. He has been humiliated since he was a child and has played many shows where he didn't receive money. He was devastated when Michael was gone, as if it were the loss of a brother of his. He said NO to all TV invites at the time of Michael's passing. Rodrigo has a lot of respect for Michael's work and person, it's not just a job, it's a devotion, a lifetime dedicated to the memory and defense of his idol. Rodrigo cried a lot backstage at the show in NY, his first time in the country of the legendary king of pop. The scene was witnessed by a few of his crew and also witnessed by Lavelle Smith, and Kevin Dorsey. I saw the video and cried.
