I got my lost Oracle yesterday and it came in a ti.e when I needed it the most! We went through hurricane Ian back in 2022 and have now been hit by Hurricane Helene and are watching the devastation all around us all over again... it's such a beautiful deep deck! Only tiff I have is it's only 36 cards I would have loved 55 or more ❤

My guess for the extra meanings in the sleeve tarot 1. (or 79). Some decks, though not very common anymore come with a blank or an unknowable card. Maybe that's one. And 2. (80) Might be the Happy Squirrel card. More decks need to come out with that card. I was sad to see it just a short fad. I am very much looking for the Deviant Moon deck. I have it pre ordered from Patrick Valenza. A cool thing about ordering directly is sometimes you get a drawing on the box.

From what I also see, there is a journal as well so you can learn the runes and associations. I enjoy it when you get a lot of learning out of a deck. 🤣I had the same reaction looking at the 5 of Swords for the Happy Halloween Tarot. I wonder what is the keywords/definitions in these 80+ cards & sleeves - It looks overwhelming. Coming from the late 80s when info like this were not as accessible, I can't remember how I learned Tarot lol.
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one! 😂☠️ The 80 cards do seem like a lot to take in, and I’m just as curious about the keywords and definitions. Learning tarot in the 80s must have been a whole different experience with such fewer resources around! I started in the 90s and was lucky enough to find a bookstore that stocked tarot books and decks, it will always have a special place in my heart for that.
