Tbh her behavior is rlly rlly easy to read she’s in a defensive combatant position since the first question she doesn’t begin any statement with denying and when she does she even shakes her head and moves her eye contact very obvious lie, she makes effort to invalidate the sanity or possibility of things she was accused of instead of outright denying them also a rlly obvious deception and moreover she very obviously displays very childish behavior and her thought processes are easy to follow from her hands to her eyes to even overly expressive moves of mouth twitching and head shaking, overly pompous tone in effort to attract respect and even from the beginning a direct role reversal in victimization I mean bruh it’s rlly rlly obvious she discredits she demonizes others and deceives and mentions absolutely nothing bad on her side whatsoever I mean like bro was working in the bar and as a comedian for years meeting hundreds in the exact same context as her but all of a sudden he would completely change his regular behavior like lmao no she came into his life and then things changed hence she caused the change and even the fact that she things this thought process is followable and believe is also prove that she otherthought it immensely which often cause self delusion in convincing ur self of things etc hence she believes there’s no reason they wouldn’t believe this cause it’s possible … she displays very worrying behavior for an adult and should most definitely seek help
Nah she's seen it but no way she's watched it on her own Netflix account. She's a professional on this she either done it on someone else's account or a dodgy website 😂
She made 72 Facebook posts all about Baby Reindeer in the same day.. And 51 the next day, 38 the next. So that makes me believe she very well could've sent 41,000 emails to him and however many other messages on different platforms
Jessica probably listened to the hundreds of voice mails ‘Martha’ sent to Gadd to be able to mimic her so effortlessly. She did a fantastic job in all fairness
@Astral_Clover corrction: 4 to 6 emails. And most people she knows had exactly 4 to 6 emails. Not 3, not 5 emails but 4 to 6 just like her because that proves she's normal.
@@peachyjoker56yeah I saw him say “I don’t know if Martha would recognize herself” saying that he changed the character so much. But like……she looks like the actress lol
He barely went out of his way to protect her identity. And Imo part of him knew people would find her. Also lying about her conviction, saying that part was made up, but everything else is true.. yeah ok. I’d like to see what else he fabricated for this story. Imo He isn’t as innocent/victim people try to portray him as. I want to see the evidence!!
@@NJT77 in the interview she gives an example of a white lie she's told and it's one of the most unhinged things I've ever heard. You'd think it would be like "ah sorry I have one but left it in my other bag!!" when TKMaxx people ask if you want a membership card but nope, it's utterly unhinged.
@@NJT77 she tells red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple lies . She doesn't seem kind enough to tell white lies unless it benefits her. Just my thoughts lol
Please note it was Fiona who approached Piers - she chose to go on an interview circus. She's a grown adult - she made that choice - she loves attention. She'd already been interviewed by another journo before talking with Piers. The £150 is not for appearance it's called a per diem - usually to help cover transport, food cost, sometimes clothes care for the interview. Guests are not usually paid - that way they can talk freely without money motivation. We have to remember that Richard Gadd is the true victim. He's been honest & raw about his faults. He does not seek revenge. Entitled Fiona has not owned responsibility for anything. Like a lot of abusers she has reversed the truth & plays victimhood for herself. It's a form of silencing the true victim. Fiona smells money in Richard's success & so inserts herself in his life again.
Other than her obvious lying and creepiness, my main takeaway was if someone made a Netflix show about me based on a handful of interactions 14 yrs ago in a pub, I wouldn’t recognize it as being about me because I wouldn’t remember it! Her detailed memories contradict everything she’s trying to say about what happened.
What I don't understand is that there should be a very public record of her criminal history. If she really did go to prison, it should be a public record. How has no one pulled up her record?
I just keep thinking… what’s more likely, this man Richard fabricated all of this for the sake of a show, money and attention or that this woman, who sounds like she’s lying about not being Martha… is lying about not being Martha. And doing a poor job of it to boot.
Yes the actress is English. Fiona says actress is Scottish like her. But later in interview says actress doesn't have the right accent to play her. How would she know the sublties of the accent being from different part of Scotland if she didn't watch the movie
@@christinanewcomb1718 they showed a couple of clipes, one at the court and one of Richard and Jessica being interviewed. She commented on the accent in both. In the interview clip, that's when she said Jessica didn't sound Scottish. I do think she's watched the series though. It may have been a different interview if she definitely had.
Right, I feel like with in a year others will come forward about her behavior towards them. She lacks self awareness and impulse control which really is scary
Okay, but firstly no evidence she emailed as much as show suggested or any arrest! Facts. Also, weird when he admitted masturbated to her, and spied on her, which is very weird, let's be honest! He did flirt with her, go for coffee, he made her think was interested, if show is anything to go by. Also, how about Darren? Even if made him realize gay, he apparently did assault him, and no report was ever made on him. Why not talking about worse thing that happened in the show? Darren apparently raping him when high. I don't blame Darren on him taking drugs, as he is a adult, and physically wasn't forced, if show anything to go by, but most would be far more traumatize by being raped. Donny didn't appear to be, not enough to ever care to report him, want him arrested, he has never been named. Only Martha.
@@kbbbnnnnnnnnnnn I would have to be a whole fool to believe Fiona, but considering Fiona has validated many of the concerns Richard stated one of them is objectively the more reliable narrator. And by that I mean, one of them is of relatively sound mind and reasonability. I just don’t understand why people are getting desperate to support this woman in anything other than getting her out of the public eye. I also really hate yall twisting an already unflattering story to be so one sided. It just seems desperate I can’t imagine why you would be so for something like this. Ain’t it crazy how Gadds story is true when it supports your views, but unsubstantiated when it doesn’t. I think that’s very interesting 🤔
@@HighLlama1016 Well, if she is prepared to go to court! She basically said never been arrested, proof of thousands of emails. Show proof that actually happened! No proof has ever been provided. It was just a show, that helped Richard Gadd, if being honest.
Her defence: This never happened And I wasn't there when it didn't happen And that wasn't me who wasn't there when this didn't happen And I'm the real victim of this thing that didn't happen when someone who isn't me wasn't there.
I actually found Martha a more sympathetic character in the show than in this interview. Jessica portrayed her as a deluded and vulnerable woman who actually had feelings for Richard, but Fiona just comes across as manipulative, defensive and cruel. Even though we can't accurately judge someone's character on a single interview, it doesn't give me a great impression of her. This is a real contrast to Richard's honesty and bravery in Baby Reindeer. He could've glossed over times he actually sought out his abusers, but by explaining his mindset I began to understand how lack of self-esteem and compassion for a mentally vulnerable woman led to the decisions he took. My younger sister was in a similar situation with a man and I used to get annoyed with her for not reporting him. I feel like this show has helped me to understand her mindset better
“I haven’t watched any of it” ~“I very much disagree with how I’m portrayed and I’m suing Netflix” ~“I am not Martha, the show is not depicting me” Would love to see what’s going on in that brain
She has spent decades bullying, stalking and harassing people. She is full of resentment and anger. Remember this is her on her BEST behaviour and she can't help herself. I don't feel sorry for her, she is loving this attention.
She can't keep any of her stories straight, but she's fantastic at misdirection. Piers is an experienced interviewer and she flawlessly steered the conversation multiple times.
This is a complex situation. This is someone who is genuinely mentally unwell. I don't think it's even just "white lies" I think she genuinely believes that her version of truth is truth. She is traumatised and disassociating. This is seriously ethically wrong to interview her. She needs psychiatric support.
There was a comment in the video about how she denies the messages and says a couple of emails. I genuinely believe that she's actually genuinely not well. This is really upsetting to see someone exploited for views in this way without a person with her to support her. She should have done this interview with a lawyer... I am not condoning her behaviour or saying it's okay but I think the point of Baby Reindeer was to show the vulnerability and mental health side of stalking. I think we were supposed to worry for her to some extent. The word "deny" is really complex because I don't think she is denying stuff.. I think she is genuinely detached and not well. Please someone give her some psychiatric help ☹️
@@ZabaTheFrog I see where you're coming from for sure. Mental illness is complex and she clearly needs help. However, only people who are truly psychotic are completely unaware. I think she's showing a mix of both mental illness and moral ambiguity. It can be both and that doesn't mean the person needs any less help.
That eye roll during her watching the court scene seemed more to me like she was thinking about the dates mentioned so she could dispute the actual dates rather than the claim
so.. 41,000 emails, spread out over 4 ½ years, allowing 8 hours per day for sleeping or not emailing, works out to only one email every 40 minutes. that's absolutely believable.
She's a genuine stalker. They have narcissistic tendencies and are very dangerous people. Do not feel sorry for her. One of the first things narcs do is demean you to elevate themselves. She consistently demeans and diminishes people to elevate herself throughout this interview - including Morgan. This is why she will not admit to watching the show. It's a way of letting people know it's all beneath her and she has no interest in 'all this rot'. She's better than the show. The truth is insanely different of course. BTW I agree that we all need to stop giving her a platform. Not only is it taking advantage of a deranged person, it is also playing with fire. Stalkers kill.
You are the only reviewer that mentioned Richard found a drawer full of phones in her house! I’ve been screaming at TH-camrs wanting them to notice that connection! Well done.
Still, standing out a woman's window, is weird. Let's be honest. Following a woman, even if Martha, is strange! He followed, and spied through her window! She didn't actually do that. If any bloke did that, let's be honest, how would you react? It is beyond creepy! Could get police. So, let's not act like Richard Gadd) Donny did nothing! Secondly we don't know full story, and no proof was actually given. Also, though she might have stalked him a bit, I don't believe she meant harm. If didn't go for coffee dates, flirt and act interested, give email, even though wasn't would have been best! He made her believe wee together, which shouldn't have. Should have been honest from the start. Then, could have blocked email at anytime. It isn't hard. But, he started her too, and admitting he was even thinking of her as masturbated, makes think he was obsessed with her, even if didn't like her, he ended up admitting liked her complimentary talking about him.

"Things she shouldn't even be lying about" -- THAT is the hallmark of a pathological liar (I've come across several in my life and they all are like her -- brag hard about herself, tell lies that seem to have no purpose, and be extremely derogatory toward others)
All those digs about Jessica Gunning’s looks and finding it insulting that people say she looks like her. Jessica is so pretty! They made her look more dowdy for the show. Fiona’s clearly incredibly insecure.
Fiona wishes that she looked like Jessica. That’s why when Piers Morgan said there’s a lot of resemblance between her & actress in the interview, she giggled and said he’s flattering her, to which he quickly responded that doesn’t mean to flatter her😂😭
@@kimbruce5134I thought it was more of a scoffing laugh. She said “that’s hardly flattery”. Like I said, she’s insecure. She mentioned how much younger Jessica is than her, and I think she feels intimidated so she’s projecting by insulting her and saying that it’s not flattering to be compared to her.
I wanted to believe Richard Gadd when I saw his interviews and watched the show, but after watching the Piers interview, she definitely did it 😂 He actually did her a favor by not disclosing the gifts that she got him and that the stalking actually lasted for 4 years.
So my thoughts on Fiona. She’s probably a narcissist. My mum is and the resemblance in their reaction, chose of wording and mannerisms when being questioned or put against the wall are remarkable. The slightly subtitle insults, the comparison and the “weird flex” you’re talking about are some of the behaviors I’ve experienced. Reason that Fiona won’t admit that she’s actually watched Baby reindeer is a childish one, she thinks that admitting to seen it would make her seem to care about this whole thing, which is very non productive because being falsely displayed like a damn maniac stalker before millions of people would actually make a normal person CARE A WHOLE DAMN LOT. Right? This is typical narcissistic behavior. “I didn’t watch it because I don’t want to nurture this” might sound and even be mature IN THE RIGHT CONTEXT. But not in this context. In this context, if we play with the thought that we actually believe what Fiona says and that she’s innocent, she should admit to have watched the show and that she’s utterly disappointed and SAD. But no, because a narcissist can’t admit to disappointment or sadness because they would never admit to what they see as weakness. What I see in not so clever, normal everyday people-narcissists is this childish behavior in combination with not being able to read other people, the room or know when and how to use language and body language to their own advantage. They’re basically like little lying kids or teenagers as most, their emotional range is so limited and that’s why they don’t react as you or me would
Richard has the publics respect and trust because of how he never once victimised himself and he portrays himself as a man with plenty of problems, demons and flaws. Fiona came into the interview absolutely lying through her teeth and pretending she’s never done a single thing wrong. Even down to the photographic memory but can’t remember the grades she got
This very well could be fully orchestrated by both of them , that once the show came out and saw its popularity they devised this together to gain even more intrigue and gain further attention to them and the series for financial gain. Let's face it, they're both mentally unwell but clearly clever and know how to manipulate. Its also clear they both crave attention
You spend 3 years earning a degree, there are like 4 gradings, you don't forget 😂😂 lmao I did criminology and law and watching her was so cringe and disturbing
she doesn’t want everyone knowing her grades there’s nothing wrong with that part. She skated around it and said she doesn’t remember every single grade at the moment which is probably true because who does she clearly didn’t reveal her overall GPA which she does remember
@@motherofpoms maybe she just didn’t want to say I mean that’s really reasonable that you don’t want the whole Public knowing every thing about your grades, especially if she didn’t do so well
So confused. She says she’s met him only 1-2 times, then it was 5-6 times, then it was months, then when asked about the voicemails she says that he must of recorded her but they only met twice? (According to her) . Again with the emails, she said she never sent an email, then it was a couple emails, then it was 10 emails? Then she says she has a photographic memory but can’t remember her grades. She said she never watched the show, but know the actors name and bits and pieces that happened in the show?
"Baby Reindeer" (from its clips and from the interview this woman gave) reminds me of that Stephen King horror movie where Kathy Bates is a fan of James Caan's books and she "heals" him after his car accident by breaking both of his legs so she can take care of him longer
From the get go you can see shes extremely manipulative and very narcissistic, even lying about the cup of tea and saying he interrupted them 😂 such a strange thing to lie about
I agree. I had a friend that used lying to cover his past traumas. He needed people to admire him. He said he was a real estate accountant, but really he was a bus driver. Eventually I called him on it and he literally disappeared from my life. Gone
Honors degrees have grades. If you don’t reach the standard for a honors degree, you can be awarded an ‘ordinary’ degree, without honors, and that is just pass or fail- no grades
Maybe spying outside of her window could be considered "stalking" also, maybe shouldn't have well, flirted, actually seem interested, meet for coffee. Just saying, you don't really act like that. I am not justifying stalking, but I think he didn't help himself, even saying masturbated to her! I found strange. But, more should be said about his apparent actual abuser, that has never been reported or publicly abused, yet meant to raped him!
@@kbbbnnnnnnnnnnn I'm not convinced that wasn't just a dramatised part of the show... It was based on a true story, not an exact portrayal of the real life events. Also worth bearing in mind the coffee thing etc was right at the start of the ordeal.

It might be he's "truth" but doesn't mean completely true, on all accounts. Also, if it was all her, he admitted he spied outside her window, and even that masturbated to her!! I mean, ok.
Yup. Plus she eventually says that "even if she DID send that many, it won't blow her case" Piers asked why she would make a qualifier like that and she claimed she was playing devils advocate. Why would you wanna play devil's advocate on ur OWN word!?! Noone would do that so i can only deduce that she IS AFRAID 41,000 emails from her exist.
She gives away that weird intelligent/inarticulate thing that appears in the show. She keeps saying "hyper bowl" which is pronounced "hy-per-bolly" but spelt hyperbole. I think it kind of gives away that she reads a lot, but her interactions with others are limited.
Interesting that she’s actively exampling DARVO, deny- she’s denying or downplaying her involvement and offences, attack- saying he’s gay, he needs a real job, reverse victim and offender- she’s asking him to leave her alone, that she was treated badly by him… people tell on themselves and she’s fascinating in a rather sad and creepy way
I had some close friends of mine tell me that after watching the interview, they thought Richard Gadd was lying, and after watching the interview myself, I can't believe that that was their takeaway. She's clearly unwell, and she is lying; when Piers asks her a question, she agrees, right up until he leads her into an admission of guilt, at which point she immediately denies. Also, she talks about wanting Richard Gadd to leave her alone, but at the end of the day, she chose to come out and speak about the tv series. She chose to talk to Piers Morgan. She didn't have to go public.
I think she chose to get a platform speak out because her identity was found very easily and quickly, so probably wanted to get out her side of the story and to defend herself, save face. She contradicted things a few times though.
Your friends aren't the kind of people you want to be around. They are the kind to look for doubts with victims to confirm what they want to believe. Imagine if you became one and how they would react to you.

It’s like a toddler lying 😂 “I’ve never seen that thing but when I did see that thing it was the color blue and and….” She says something and then IMMEDIATELY contradicts it
Thoughts: ( 1. All the big shows contacted her and THEN she picked him. 2. She wants to control the narrative and save her public image/gain fame. 3. She definitely rehearsed her answers (don’t shows give guests a list of questions?) 4. She used qualifiers like “If I did…” to prepare her denial of denying the facts. 5. She will deny everything even after hard evidence is revealed due to narcissistic traits. 6. There’s enough public interest for a Netflix sequel and Gadd withholding his evidence for now would keep the public speculating about the truth. There’s a two hour video by The Behavioral Panel where they break down her body language. Kinda fun to watch.
The way she spoke about them was odd but having them is not. I know people with work and home phones, I know people with all their old phones or a phone and a backup phone in case they crack a screen. Everything is on your phone these days so if you have no backup, you are screwed. Likewise people have work emails and personal emails and a burner to link social accounts or shopping to because of the amount of notifications and spam and because you don't hand your named account out to strangers.
I will never trust someone who has that many. It means there is a reason they do. And who knows if they lie for what the reason is. All we know is they are being suspicious and weird.
I mean if it’s unethical for them to only give her £250 for an interview she requested-shouldn’t the reason she gave it-the Netflix show-who profited even more from her??
Richard Gadd doesn't need to say anything. He and Netflix knew the moment the show released it would provoke her and she would speak out. what does that mean.. more publicity for the show. she is helping him boost the views, people are talking about it and she really is proving she is a liar in this interview. Gadd and Netflix probably got all these accurate details in the show because they knew she would speak out, let something slip that would hint to it being true. Gadd is just relaxing back in his chair with his cup of tea enjoying his big success from her obsession.
What I notice with her speech is that she's super quick when she first starts talking (to appear like she's telling the truth/skip past what she's saying without letting you take it in) and then slows down a lotttt at the end like she needs a second or two more to think up her answer :P
Narcissists like full blown Narcissistic personality disorder use word salad to confuse you. They can talk and talk for hours and when u bring up their contradictory statements you can see the gears of manipulation turning in their brain before they speak. Gross 🤮
Funnily enough in the Daily Mail interview, Fiona said her boyfriend died a few years ago, but in the Piers interview she mentions he's alive and he's a lawyer. 🤔
And besides, the burden of proof is on the claimant, which means *she* has to prove that she can't have done any of the stuff in the show (which is practically impossible, especially the SA claim). If she managed to prove all of that, then she has no reasonable claim either because then she couldn't reasonably say that the show is trying to portray her. If you didn't do any of it Fiona, then why do you think they are talking about you??
She claims she couldn’t send that many emails etc but she wrote over 75 facebook statuses over 18 hours while clearly watching it because the statuses continued referred to the scenes
She just says whatever, to batt away anything she hears that she finds unflattering. She ends up completely incoherent, contradicting herself left and right.
The reason she is denying watching the show is because she can then play ignorance in court when questioned about things that make her feel uncomfortable and go against her case. It’s a safety net.
Funny that he and Netflix have admitted that things like the court, the prison sentence etc are fiction. He has since said that it was a 'representation of his feelings' and that it was 'set in a fictional world' and that he is no longer talking about it, which is an utter disgrace given that someone's life is potentially being destroyed. I've also watched a video from long before all this kicked off and he said that he made it as shocking as possible because, in his opinion, the more shocking something is the more people think it is funny. He was marketing it as as comedic
He definitely was exaggerating, but I loved the show. It was such an excellent depiction of how lonely and shameful it often is to be a victim of abuse, and how being open and honest about it is the only way to move past it. But... I think no matter how mentally ill Fiona is, she has a case against Richard. Any other show like this would have gone to great lengths to hide the identities of the alleged abusers. Although I think it's great that this show didn't, Richard might be in some hot water because of it.
He’s definitely an exaggerator the mental breakdown video of him that supposedly went viral is nothing like what he depicted on the show!! Absolutely nothing like it!!
The bit in the interview (I think she brings it up twice) that Richard Gadd is homosexual. (Her exact words) then in the show Narrha says ‘any man that isn’t attracted to me is either blind or gay’ …. It’s such a similar comment which suggests how much truth there is in the show. How else would Gadd write it so like her and the actress play her so well?
@@Hex4Trex Not necessarily, she could be saying it as a slur or could be implying that he's in denial about his sexuality and in the closet even to himself.

That is such a good idea though might inadvertently get the audience to sympathise with her more because her perspective will show he led her on and possibly gaslighted her. Proper mindf*** perfect for season 2
She shouldn't be encouraged. She might escalate things. Nothing like someone with antisocial traits with poor impulse control, obsessive behaviours and poor boundary recognition.
Yes the jabs at Jessica Gunning confound me also. Jessica portrayed Martha, she didn't write or have anything to do with production of the show, but Fiona has barely concealed hostility towards her? It's an inappropriate reaction directed towards Jessica.
Well I mean if she really did think the show defamed her its a pretty understandable reaction, you wouldn't like anyone knowingly involved in something that made up stuff to make money, get attention etc...not saying that's what happened, but it did.
Eh, I'm not gonna defend FH in any way, but I'd have negative feelings toward the person portraying me as a psycho lol So I don't think that point of criticism toward her is particularly important. It is pretty funny to me that she implies Jessica is less attractive than she is. There's a whole lot of self delusion going on.
Considering the "this is a true story" happens during the start, to me, that says creatively, it's from Donny's pov not Richards, especially because during the end credits it actually says "based on the play 'baby reindeer' by Richard Gadd." So legally Netflix is covered imo 🤷🏼♂️
Ah mate you are hilarious, my exact kind of humour. I'm pretty depressed right now, but your reactions had me in stitches. Thank you for cheering me up!
Also, I did the math, and if Richard Gadd was being stalked for three years, which you can correct me if I’m wrong about, Fiona would’ve only had to send about 41 emails a day. keep in mind that most of the emails were fairly short, and it’s definitely possible. I’m sure many of us send 41 emails a day at work, which she was not doing, stalking him was her full-time job.
His intent, I hope, wasn't to expose her and shame her for what she did, so I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't respond at all (and think that's the best bet tbf). If he responds and it turns into a full blown drama, it would be awful for both sides. I think it's her, and I believe Gadd in everything he says, but we should leave it at that. Gadd made a Netflix show that is hyperbolic in places as a way to artistically tell his story and bravely relive that trauma. It wasn't to attack her, she is the one that made this such a big problem. She is guilty, we know she is, and her public shame should be enough. If he doesn't want to pursue this drama, we should respect his wishes and let it die out, and appreciate the show for what it is (an incredible piece of art that shows struggles men rarely vocalise!)
It is beyond just public shame. She is receiving death threats because Netflix and RG presented it as a true account and, egregiously, they did not bother to conceal her ID very well for the public to find her, so she is forced to tell "her truth". Evidence for the court charges and prison sentence shown in the spirits is now moot. As Piers said... could makes a whole new 2nd season.. they could both make money out of this publicity

Neither did she HAVE to speak out because in all honesty, it made it worse for her and just confirmed she is the stalker.
It appears to me that she thrives off validation. I don't think she'll actually sue; she wants the sympathy of being perceived as an innocent, exploited person in the face of Big Bad Netflix and Richard Gadd

Basically she is alleging that he absolutely is writing these things based on her, but that she believes the majority of them to be fictitious which A. Makes it recognisable as her which led to doxxing and reputational damage and B. means it's not really her because she never did those things, which means hes created a fictitious version of the narrative and branded it real in order to get money and defame her.
That laugh that she did when she said I've got 4 phones that must make me a maniac... sounds exactly how Martha acted in the series. She also acts like she knows many people in this interview to make her look good how she did in the series too! She keeps cutting him off too. She blubbered when he said about the lie detection test. You also make some funny points 😅
I think she said the actress doesn’t sound Scottish because Pierce had said that the actor has a resemblance to Fiona and when she said “that’s not flattering” Pierce said well because you’re both Scottish the accent makes you seem similar. Pierce confused her a bit because earlier he tried to save himself from calling her and the actress large bodied and instead said it’s the accent so Fiona thought she was Scottish when she made that comment
Her “eye-roll”, when she was watching the clip of Martha’s sentencing hearing, it looks like her trying to get the dates correct, see if they line up with the ones in the clip.
We finished watching Baby Reindeer over the weekend. It was deeply upsetting. Poor Richard. "Martha" is a nutcase. Fiona comes across as someone who needs institutionalisation and intensive mental help. She is deeply unwell.
it's so strange to me because you would think she's just not all there... but the things she has done were very calculated. it's hard to figure her out.
I hope talk shows can decline her cause this is honestly feeding her mental issues. Talk shows care more about the money than doing the right thing, I know...but seriously stop enabling her.
If she's cornered in a lie here "go to" strategy is either say something completely unbelievable about herself ("I have a photographic memory") or throw cruelty at everyone else (she throws Gadd and the actress under the bus, and she takes little shots at Piers Morgan, implying he's been "oppressed" too and that she barely ever watches his shows)
She does that to keep from hearing the facts she finds bothersome. She tries to not hear the truth and avoid things she doesn’t like to hear. It’s also a form of self soothing.
I don't think she's even in a relationship atm, watch how she denies whilst nodding her head yes, she is jabbing at and belittling Richard to take the focus off the subject, she not a sophisticated liar because her body disagrees with her words
1:36 Piers Morgan did a good job of grilling her. She agreed to go on the show of her own volition, if she wanted more she could have negotiated, she's a lawyer!
the interview was so hard to watch, she contradicted herself so much and you can tell that shes suffering mentally through her mannerisms and the way she talks etc
What were your thought after watching the interview?

He's come out now and he's not her nephew

Funny that she hasn't watched the series, but thinks the actress is Scottish, when she only used the accent in the series
And she said she watched the interviews they were doing lol also knew everything that was in the show.
I just keep thinking… what’s more likely, this man Richard fabricated all of this for the sake of a show, money and attention or that this woman, who sounds like she’s lying about not being Martha… is lying about not being Martha. And doing a poor job of it to boot.
omg i thought i was the only one who noticed that!!
She’s so mentally unwell but masks like she’s capable, I’m so sorry for Richard Gadd

I also really hate yall twisting an already unflattering story to be so one sided. It just seems desperate I can’t imagine why you would be so for something like this.

The actress as been across papers and magazines for beig up for the baftas she didnt need to watch to know about the actress.
6 emails,

Run … don’t walk !!
They’re basically like little lying kids or teenagers as most, their emotional range is so limited and that’s why they don’t react as you or me would
Your description of narcissism and narcs not admitting any weakness was spot on ❤

It is actually scary how much she resembles the character portrayed in the last two episode with her persistence
I think she chose to get a platform speak out because her identity was found very easily and quickly, so probably wanted to get out her side of the story and to defend herself, save face. She contradicted things a few times though.
She's opening nightclubs people paying for autographs and photos 😂
Your friends aren't the kind of people you want to be around. They are the kind to look for doubts with victims to confirm what they want to believe. Imagine if you became one and how they would react to you.

@@emilyau8023 I appreciate what you’re saying, but in this instance, I think it’s more to do with a lack of media literacy. During hard times, they’ve always watched my back. But thanks for looking out for me, I really do appreciate it!!
It’s like a toddler lying 😂 “I’ve never seen that thing but when I did see that thing it was the color blue and and….” She says something and then IMMEDIATELY contradicts it
Thoughts: (
1. All the big shows contacted her and THEN she picked him.
2. She wants to control the narrative and save her public image/gain fame.
3. She definitely rehearsed her answers (don’t shows give guests a list of questions?)
Love the Behaviour Panel guys!
I am not viewing a narcissist there... sorry.
Yes the panel breakdown was iconic
I agree, I don't doubt she did a law degree but she definitely has never been a practicing lawyer.
She can’t even stick to one answer
Several phones plus several emails = RED FLAG
The way she spoke about them was odd but having them is not. I know people with work and home phones, I know people with all their old phones or a phone and a backup phone in case they crack a screen. Everything is on your phone these days so if you have no backup, you are screwed. Likewise people have work emails and personal emails and a burner to link social accounts or shopping to because of the amount of notifications and spam and because you don't hand your named account out to strangers.
I will never trust someone who has that many. It means there is a reason they do. And who knows if they lie for what the reason is. All we know is they are being suspicious and weird.
I mean I have 8 different emails, so it's not always that odd.
@@CreativeC13care to explain why?
Piers Morgan doing something unethical, never 😂😂😂
I mean that's unheard of
She contacted them and requested the interview
Wait your telling me people on the tv don’t act professionally?
I mean if it’s unethical for them to only give her £250 for an interview she requested-shouldn’t the reason she gave it-the Netflix show-who profited even more from her??
What was unethical? He is in media. He is actually doing the same thing as the person making this video but way more successful!
TBH watching your take on the interview was a lot more entertaining than the Netflix series!!... You really crack me up mate!!... Well done!😅
Richard Gadd doesn't need to say anything. He and Netflix knew the moment the show released it would provoke her and she would speak out.
what does that mean.. more publicity for the show. she is helping him boost the views, people are talking about it
and she really is proving she is a liar in this interview.
Spot on!!
the daily mail is infamous for mincing words - don't trust anything they say!!
Lmao are you serious 💀
I can assure you Netflix has the receipts or they legally couldn’t say it’s a true story. It would say inspired by
Actually, the dramatisation and fictionalisation is stated in the end credits, so they have covered their back.
The eye roll is her computing the dates inside her head to see if they rang any bells of familiarity.
I think she believes everything shes saying is the truth. In her mind, Gadd has made this show dragging her name in the dirt for no reason.
She's mentally unwell. She genuinely needs help. This is exploitative from Piers.
Trauma can manifest like this - severe detachment
No reason???
@@lizjizify they said, in HER mind...
She's very self assured, arrogant imo- she's bitchy about Jessica gunning, who's only doing her job
She just says whatever, to batt away anything she hears that she finds unflattering. She ends up completely incoherent, contradicting herself left and right.
Thank you sm for the support on the first baby reindeer btw, honestly means the world to me the support you're giving my vids atm
Great videos but remember to take breaks if you need it ❤
I love your videos so much Cam
Shame I lost my remote watching one of them though
My first video of yours and I now I'm a subscriber!
The reason she is denying watching the show is because she can then play ignorance in court when questioned about things that make her feel uncomfortable and go against her case. It’s a safety net.
This is by far the best reaction video to that interview I have seen! Your facial expressions 😂😂 👏
Gadd is definitely NOT exaggerating.
Yes, and yet in the interview she sort of contradicts this by saying he propositioned to sleep with her and she refused
@@Hex4Trex Not necessarily, she could be saying it as a slur or could be implying that he's in denial about his sexuality and in the closet even to himself.
@schmemmm either way the link between her behaviour and Martha's behaviour is there.
He clearly highlights his struggles with sexuality on the show to be fair.
@@Hex4Trex he claims to have slept with her. Why sleep with your stalker?! Talk about egging her on!
The fact that she thinks that because he butted in on a conversation meant that he was obsessed with her proves that she is crazy. That is not reality
He admitted pretend to seem interested, he flirted with her, even went for coffee. If you aren't interested at all, to be honest, he should have not flirted, made him seem interested, meet her outside of the bar, allowed her to email him, not behaviour do not interested! Let's be honest.
Also, then saying masturbated to her, peeping through her window, constantly listening to voice notes, makes him sound like he was obsessed all along!
I am not saying any stalking is right, but I don't think he helped himself!
I also think, more should be said about the actual criminal, if actually happened on the show..Darren was meant to rape him, even though kept going back. Last time apparently sat had a tea had accepted a job offer by him! I found that strange. Strange only one that gets attacked is Martha aka Fiona.
Of course don't know who the real "Darren" is, as was never reported, if actually happened like that..Public never go for the worse crime of the show. Maybe Donny seemed to care more about Martha, than what Darren did to him!
@@kbbbnnnnnnnnnnn You found it strange he kept going back because you don't understand the level of control people like Darien can have over their victims minds.
Ohh my goodness!! I’ve not even heard of any of this until yesterday, had to google Baby Reindeer, watched The Behavior Panel of this interview, THEN watched this interview, THEN stumbled upon you and your video on this interview and I’m so entertained by all of this!! Thank you Cam!! Now to go to Netflix and actually watch the show!! Haha just wow!!
Gadd knowing that she did this interview, I can’t imagine how terrifying that must be for him
Netflix should offer her a season 2 "from her perspective" just to show how delusional she is.
That’s what I call “forward thinking”
That’s what I call “forward thinking”
She shouldn't get anymore platforms. It will encourage her stalking behaviours
It's an inappropriate reaction directed towards Jessica.
esp when fiona hasnt even watched it lol
Well I mean if she really did think the show defamed her its a pretty understandable reaction, you wouldn't like anyone knowingly involved in something that made up stuff to make money, get attention etc...not saying that's what happened, but it did.
She’s extremely jealous of women imo
Eh, I'm not gonna defend FH in any way, but I'd have negative feelings toward the person portraying me as a psycho lol
So I don't think that point of criticism toward her is particularly important.
That's actually really smart
Ah mate you are hilarious, my exact kind of humour. I'm pretty depressed right now, but your reactions had me in stitches. Thank you for cheering me up!

Also, I did the math, and if Richard Gadd was being stalked for three years, which you can correct me if I’m wrong about, Fiona would’ve only had to send about 41 emails a day. keep in mind that most of the emails were fairly short, and it’s definitely possible. I’m sure many of us send 41 emails a day at work, which she was not doing, stalking him was her full-time job.
She could also spam him through various services.
Yes and considering she posts about 23 times a day on her personal Facebook, posts longer than her emails, I don’t doubt it was possible!
Yes, Gadd has every right to tell his story. And responding would not be helpful to him and definitely would fuel her continuing her behaviour.
@@susanadisanto5825 she harassed, physically and mentally assaulted this man, and his parents and his girlfriend, for years. I don't think she deserves anything. People are doing too much as always with the death threats but please remember what she's done.. People are being too empathetic with this woman.
@@susanadisanto5825 yes, I agree they could have concealed her identity better, but she is a sick and twisted woman who needs help - I have no sympathy and neither should you. She committed an awful crime and, though the death threats are a step too far - as the internet usually goes anyway - she doesn’t deserve anonymity. Neither did she HAVE to speak out because in all honesty, it made it worse for her and just confirmed she is the stalker.
It's like, nobody said this lady is Martha? So she's suing the show for NOT saying she's Martha? I'm not sure what she's suing for.
It appears to me that she thrives off validation. I don't think she'll actually sue; she wants the sympathy of being perceived as an innocent, exploited person in the face of Big Bad Netflix and Richard Gadd
Exactly and she says she didn't watch any of it but then claims the movie depicted everything wrong. She contradicted herself at every sentence so if she had any chance at suing, she ruined it for herself. The woman is the embodiment of mentally ill.
@@teensyvlogsshe does receive the sympathy tho. Reading these comments makes me really mad. People seem to forget what this person done to Richard. Yes, people exploited her and send her death threats which is not right but, minus the death threats, these are the CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS baby.
@@thatsoamine Can you be certain everything on the show was actually accurate? No records of a arrest has been found. Not the thousands of emails was ever discovered, to be high number, made out.
In a way he stalked her, he followed her and peeped through her window!
The fact is, Fiona wants to just be left alone, unless 100% sure everything is correct. Darren never got publicly attacked! Because, neve got reported, even now, gets to live life, even though meant to actually been his rapist.
She has serious issues . She chooses to gaslight, deflect and be in denial . And manipulate
I love how this “lawyer” doesn’t seem to realise that a civil verdict is based on balance of probabilities, and she’s already lost 😂
Her dead eyes are chilling. She’s frightening.
“She's got... lifeless eyes, black eyes, like a doll's eyes. When she comes at ya, doesn't seem to be livin'... until she bites ya.”
Eyes of a Demon.
The eyes are her figuring out the dates and times
I think she said the actress doesn’t sound Scottish because Pierce had said that the actor has a resemblance to Fiona and when she said “that’s not flattering” Pierce said well because you’re both Scottish the accent makes you seem similar. Pierce confused her a bit because earlier he tried to save himself from calling her and the actress large bodied and instead said it’s the accent so Fiona thought she was Scottish when she made that comment
she didn't do enough stalking research on the actress to know she wasn't Scottish then.
She’s bonkers, and definitely NOT telling the truth
it's so strange to me because you would think she's just not all there... but the things she has done were very calculated. it's hard to figure her out.
I hope talk shows can decline her cause this is honestly feeding her mental issues. Talk shows care more about the money than doing the right thing, I know...but seriously stop enabling her.
@@emilyau8023 oh i agree with you, i have no intention of enabling her.
I've noticed how eerie her calmness is, it makes me feel on edge.
If she's cornered in a lie here "go to" strategy is either say something completely unbelievable about herself ("I have a photographic memory") or throw cruelty at everyone else (she throws Gadd and the actress under the bus, and she takes little shots at Piers Morgan, implying he's been "oppressed" too and that she barely ever watches his shows)
Her humming during questions was really weird.
You are the only person I've come across that has noticed this as well, it was drivin me nuts lol 🤣💯
She does that to keep from hearing the facts she finds bothersome. She tries to not hear the truth and avoid things she doesn’t like to hear. It’s also a form of self soothing.
Mmmm-hmmm.
Yep, it drove me nuts as well!
At first I thought I was imagining it!😂
You can’t pretend to be normal if you don’t know what normal is… my lord
I don't think she's even in a relationship atm, watch how she denies whilst nodding her head yes, she is jabbing at and belittling Richard to take the focus off the subject, she not a sophisticated liar because her body disagrees with her words
1:36 Piers Morgan did a good job of grilling her. She agreed to go on the show of her own volition, if she wanted more she could have negotiated, she's a lawyer!
Oi! You seemed to be forgetting to drink yer gin multiple times!😂😂😂
the interview was so hard to watch, she contradicted herself so much and you can tell that shes suffering mentally through her mannerisms and the way she talks etc
She’s not a good lawyer, if she can’t negotiate more than £250
Literally all she had to be was not expose herself to the public.
She probably would have been believed, and no one would have known who she was.
the fact that she remembers such specific details about the series means she's either watched it multiple times or she's guilty (or both!)
