there actually is a difference. pasta sauce is sweet and has basil taste, whereas enchilada sauce is more sour and spicy tasting. just because they’re both sauces made from tomatoes, doesn’t mean they are the same.

I think I am qualified to express my opinion about one of the most delicious dishes of the Mexican Cuisine. What part of "we don't make enchiladas with pasta sauce" you didn't understand? Because she placed some jalapeño peppers at the end, doesn't mean that those are enchiladas, because are NOT. I follow a plant based diet now, and still I can make delicious plant base enchiladas, with chile sauce. Have a good day🌶

I follow a plant based diet know, and still I make very tasty enchiladas. Using enchiladas sauce, the one I make out of red chiles, or peppers. Also those tortillas are huge, and flour? We use small corn tortillas. Those are not enchiladas.
