2. Glute bridges: Lie on your back with the band around your thighs, just above your knees. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes, while maintaining tension on the band.
3. Clamshells: Lie on your side with the band around your thighs, just above your knees. Bend your knees at a 45-degree angle and keep your feet together. Open your knees while keeping your feet together, then close them again, maintaining resistance on the band.
4. Lateral walks: Place the band around your thighs, just above your knees. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees. Take lateral steps to the right, maintaining tension on the band, then step back to the left.
5. Bicep curls: Stand on the center of the band and hold the handles or ends of the band with your palms facing forward. Keeping your elbows close to your sides, curl your hands towards your shoulders, engaging your biceps.

9. Standing leg abduction: Place the band around your ankles. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and slightly bend your knees. Lift one leg out to the side, against the resistance of the band, then return to the starting position. Repeat on the other leg.
10. Standing leg kickbacks: Place the band around your ankles. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and slightly bend your knees. Kick one leg back, maintaining tension on the band, then return to the starting position. Repeat on the other leg.
These are just a few examples of exercises you can do with loop resistance bands. They provide resistance to various muscle groups and can be used for both upper and lower body exercises. Remember to start with a band resistance that is appropriate for your fitness level and gradually increase the resistance as you get stronger.
