I think this is the first time I've actually managed to listen to a blood pressure section without hating the sound!! I like how you still get the realism but without the excessive shrieking it can give off. I'm only that far into the video so far but I'll assume the rest is as good as usual!!

I feel like the dungeons and dragons experience you have is what makes you so good at these scenarios. You're essentially "running a campaign" and "role-playing" your character. Best guess as to what a modern medical doctor would be in D&D is... cleric?
I enjoy talking to all of you. I don't care for social media, it just sucks, and prefer talking to my friends and audience right here, where we can all join in the conversation? Plus I answer a lot of questions in the comments so people see them and I don't get asked 100 times the same thing, it does help communicating directly with all of you in that way.

I do improvisational videos like this, no cuts, one single take, and they have no edits or intros. Because i am not getting a good paycheck to where i live. Is it really worth all the exhaustion and the grind?
If one job is not too taxing and physical to allow you to do it and make extra money, go for it. What's better, lights on, no time to watch TV, or Lights getting shut off, TV quits working? You never really win, but bills get paid? So one less worry? Try it, you can always quit.
