Also could be clear where the reins go, above or below the cheek buckle

Hello! This is an easy mistake that all equestrians made! But it is an easy fix, simply remove the bit from the cheekpieces and flip it around to that is facing the correct way. It helps to hold the bridle as if it was on the horse, with the browband facing away from you. Then make sure the bit is facing the right way and attach it to the cheekpieces. As for the reins, they are always below the cheekpieces. Please let us know if you have any further questions! ~Katie, RW

Followed the instructions very precisely and yet when I pick it up my bit is going the opposite way 😩
