As a kid, i remember that moment kinda struck me hard, aerith gone, clouds fate unknown, Tifa carrying the burden of the world ,its the moment i developed my appreciation to Tifa
This is truly a masterpiece. The game just hits you nonstop. Aerith dying and then losing Cloud and Tifa at the same time made the game feel like you were losing and/or lost. The feelings this scene brings up and the thematic song choice with it will never be forgotten.
_"I made it this far believing in the memories we shared... This isn't happening! It's too cruel!"_ Being honest, i truly shocked with how Square Enix brings those stuffs which is too deep-dark-tratic into a game like this, specially this scene of Tifa and Cloud. Such a masterpiece.
Goddamn, starting from 2:13 that little pause at 2:22 and the faint notes that fills the silence before the last 5 piano notes give me chills!!! It ends this theme so perfectly it's actually insane
just stumbled across this on your album on spotify....the orignal had a nice feel to it, really fit the idea of despair. but something about the piano added on your version just hits home a lot harder

I’m gonna start crying when I see this scene again in part 3 of the remake trilogy.
