Saw them live and it was a great show! After the show I got to hang out with the vocalist, Garrett, who listened to me and prayed with me right there in the middle of the room. Class act and a true man of God.
Why is Kylo Ren screaming his lungs out? Guess he finally found a way to control his teenage angst and hopefully stop smashing everything in his way with his saber.
The dude with the glasses is named Igor Efimov and he left awhile ago. It wasn't on bad terms or anything, he still helps them write and stuff, bit he just doesn't tour with them anymore.
Igor had actually fully left the band in 2015. They have another guitarist named Spencer Keene who was in music videos such as the one for Native Blood, but he doesn't tour with them. He strictly just writes and records.
To the guy asking if Garrett was sick, yes, he was a little under the weather for this, but he was sounding fine two days later when they started their tour
I actually prefer the way the singer sounds here over his vocals on the album for some reason. There's just a certain rawness that makes it sound emotional and slightly imperfect in a good way.
In this video I used an Ibanez RG Prestige (don't remember the exact model since it's now discontinued and I was borrowing it from a friend), for main effects on my pedalboard I had a Boss DD-20 for delay and two reverbs, Strymon Blue Sky and Hardwire RV-7 (that's the pedal that can make the crazy reverse sound in the very beginning of the video). All of that was run through a Mesa Boogie Roadster Dual Rectifier into a 4x12 Mesa cab. Let me know if you have any questions. - Igor
I love this band. you can Kinda feel the vocalist is sort of uncomfortable haha. He talks some of the words and then makes random bird crows when long notes come up haha. I can't wait to see them live soon when they can bring all the energy!
Garrett was super sick... He lost his voice. It's a shame for this set they should do it again. He's 100x better than what he was able to do. Even so! Being sick as hell he still does well. But that's why he is limited on his voice in this set.
the vocalist really dropped the ball on this one. idk it just be super produced for the record, but he's not putting a lot of effort in here. none of the band members really are except the drummer. it just seems like they don't care about their music at all. go watch Counterparts Audiotree set and you can see that they are all about their music, unlike these guys.
noobb1212 Them live is so amazing. The only real reason is that there's no energy from the crowd because there is no crowd. These guys are all amazing live. Garrets energy is incredible when with an audience.
These guys are going to explode. Mark my words.
they already pretty much did
Rui Carneiro The next Underoath
Gabe Rodriguez exactly what I'm thinking........
Gabe Rodriguez I hope so
They already have! they are Touring with August Burns Red, Make Them Suffer and Erra. They are exploded.
I come here often for the intro
Same
Fuckin same
Same here, I fuckin' love it... it's so melancholic, but in a good way
Same
same

Easily one of the best audiotree sessions I've ever heard.
Props to the vocalist for wearing Fit For A King merch. Hands down my favorite band.
Oh man the feels at 1:45.
I feel like I'm on a cloud elevating towards the sky
I remember when I saw them play that intro, it's the reason I searched until I could find a video with it.
When Garrett says bury me in the beginning my heart leaps every time
I wish that intro was on the album😭
god, that intro is seriously something else. so good.
These guys are so real.
These guys are amazing live.
This band is amazing live!
i wish they would have used this intro for the album as well. its so beautiful
Why is Kylo Ren screaming his lungs out? Guess he finally found a way to control his teenage angst and hopefully stop smashing everything in his way with his saber.
my boys still sound fantastic without it, but I do wish they could get another guitarist back. it just adds a whole nother dimension
Woah woah dude where'd he go and which one was it?
The dude with the glasses is named Igor Efimov and he left awhile ago. It wasn't on bad terms or anything, he still helps them write and stuff, bit he just doesn't tour with them anymore.

mega lame tbh

Esa introducción es épica. 🔥
love these dudes so much
What was that beautiful intro to "XX (City Grave)" and why was that not on the album?
Thats what I was saying. I went back to the album thinking did I miss that somehow
it's going to be something they put into the next album. I asked Mitch, their guitarist about it
+xCoryxEvansx Awesome news! Thanks!
Can anyone tell me the lyrics for the intro? I made out "bury me", but that's it. Haha
I make out "Bury me. I was the last one by your side. 2 feet high and 6 feet down, we buried you in the ground."
Sorry for taking 2 years ;)
that intro is insane
If the vocalist looks like anyone it's James Franco with long hair.
I did not hit her, its not true, it's bullshit, I did not hit her, I did not...oh hi mark
I love how singer, I can't remember his name, is wearing a Fit For a King shirt ❤
Holy shit that fill at 0:52

+icantthinkofaname He was like deathly sick. They went to the hospital right after
That cat shirt tho lol
I need to know the guitarist's rig so badly. Strings, pickups, amp, everything.

Musicians are top notch! Drummers a killer!
Bury ME!
was Garrett Sick or something in this video and i love this song
He had the flu when they did these sessions
Not that he was bad, but was Garret sick?
This intro 100% will be on WTEB
FIT FOR A KING on the shirt!
ugghhh their music music makes me wanna roll around on the floor in pure ecstasy...Not like THAT i mean...their music is really good...
The frontman reminds me of Mikael Åkerfeldt from Opeth a little bit.
man why did he have to be sick for this :(
Garret seem off in this. I heard he was sick?
Mad intro O_O

+Keegan Kane he was incredibly sick. Went straight to the hospital after we filmed this.
+Alexrene Camarena true metal dedication \m/
+Alexrene Camarena You're an amazing drummer, dude. keep it up
+Alexrene Camarena Woah, really? What was his problem?

the vocalist was sick.. and c'mon, the emotion is in their music. and their live sets are nothing short of amazing..
noobb1212 Them live is so amazing. The only real reason is that there's no energy from the crowd because there is no crowd. These guys are all amazing live. Garrets energy is incredible when with an audience.
This song is pure emotion, and they show it.
noobb1212 Yeah I think he was off that day. He's usually outstanding.
noobb1212 this is what he's usually like /watch?v=hFSJ6gDvYqo
the vocalist looks like he isn't feeling to well still good
He was sick with the flu when they recorded this.... Pretty unfortunate :/
I figured that his whole body language said that
