Fixed- Spark plugs were bad so changed those- Burned all the old gas probably had water burning out & let the new gas and the sea form and gas cleaner run through it as it idled and ofc sprayed carburetor cleaner is it also. Drove it alil get some get revs n got to third gear and after two laps around the block it was good
I also believed it was hydrolocked so when I removed spark plugs I tried starting bike to flush whatever is in there out and after installing new spark plugs I made sure they were screwed in properly and the spark plug cap is properly connected. I also thought it could be not enough gas so I heard it was recommended to open gas tank and remove key and start bike to get air to push gas down into tank. Through this I switched between two batteries and keep recharging them since it was killing my battery and I wanted to keep working on it. Make sure the there isn’t too much oil because it could get in spark plugs and ruin them. When I started the bike and let it idle I didn’t have the air filter on also until after I trusted it. Let it idle for like 15min or so and start giving gas just little by little to where it don’t turn off. You want it to run hot and burn excess chemicals in the bike
