hello, please visit my new youtube channel i'm an artist i made sculptures with clay and cheese wax, i need some support i have a lot of ideas , watch my videos and subscribe please 🙏😙 th-cam.com/channels/ahbBmuCE5qcrzkvCrb0T2Q.html
She's....absolutely MARVELOUS! I think I like her the very best of all the sculptures I've watched you do. She's a character I've long loved reading about in Greek mythology, which gives your gorgeous sculpt of her a kind of context for me. I only hope I can create sculpts close to the beauty that you make. You're a genius, young man. And you're teaching this 71 year old gal new and wonderful stuff. I am most grateful! Many thanks! And....my appreciation for remembering the great and beloved Ray Harryhausen. He is dear to the hearts of those of us who love his brilliant wotk in his films. Thank you so much for your inspiring instruction...your talent is superlative!
Please please do a Ballerina at some point :). You could go more realistic, or cartoonish, or even Tim Burton-ey. I would love to see how you create it!
when you began the spheres as scales part... I said no he isn't! yep, he is. But yeah, they turned out great. they look all bumpy like one of those ghila monster lizards.
You should try something inorganic with really clean, smooth blending and refined edges! Like a war mech! It could allow you to make really big and bulky shapes with lots of little details like scratches, wiring, etc. love everything you do! Keep inspiring!
Been watching for about a month or so now, and it blows me away to see how much effort is put into each of these, its clear you love what you do and thats super great to watch. Your passion translates to me being passionate about watching. You are mad talented dude.
When I think clay I automatically think Tim Burton just because I was a kid when nightamare cam out and it’s become tradition during that time of year to watch the film
You shouldn't be afraid to sculpt anything my man. You are an amazing sculptor. Even if what you're sculpting doesn't come out exactly the way it is in the "real world" it doesn't matter, you have your own style that is appealing to so many and you should just embrace that.
Wow! This is a true masterpiece! I think you rendered her features PERFECTLY! I mean, traditionally, she's supposed to be hideous, but always thought there had to be a certain innate, tragic beauty about her, (just imagine if she truly WAS beautiful, but nobody knew, because anyone who saw her turned to stone!), and I feel you really captured the perfect balance of beauty and sorrow, especially in her forlorn, vacant eyes! Exquisite!
I think you deserve more than just having a like left on the video, I wish there was a love button on youtube because I loved this. This is definitely my favorite so far. Maybe next you could make Cerberus or a cyclops?
Omg!! What alot of work for her but she turned out so absolutely fantastic!!!! Her scales are the most fantastic ever !!! I just absolutely love them!!! I love your idea that if you are putting off doing something just do it!! I have redone and learned from so many projects!☺️🥰🎃🧹🐾
I’ve been up all night binge watching all your videos lol you have very good artistic skills, and you’re very creative I think you should sculpt something w feathers next‼️
My son suggested a shark lol he’s 11- I said that would be too easy and he then he said, half shark half lizard then.... hehe... I think a dark version of any fairytale legend... or maybe a duo like red riding hood and the wolf? That’d be something to watch!
Was also thinking of how the posing could be in a doorway for even more of a challenge haha I think it would be a very interesting and could have plenty of opportunity for polls and feed back like he wants
Just wanted to say that after seeing your videos I got some supplies and started trying out sculpting and honestly I’ve really enjoyed and been producing so surprisingly good work! Also it’s helped my drawing abilities because I’ve been picking up on the base shapes of things more since doing more 3D art. Thanks for making your videos so easy to follow!! They rlly enabled me to try it out for myself!
I would love to see your interpretation of Scylla. She has so many odd features in Greek mythology and many stories depict her differently, like Medusa.
I am just discovering you, right now. I got into sculpting with air dry clay about a year ago. I love everything that I am learning from you! Thank you so much for the inspiration and the education! xoxo
This is sooo fascinating to watch! Just watching all your videos whilst I create content (drawings) for my new channel. Keep up the good work. Love your content and creations!
Omg I am a major nightcrawler fan. I have Excalibur 1 thru 300, I also have the four stand alone comics about just him. I love him so much, sweet fuzzy blue elf . 😍💞💞🦇
Very helpful advice not just on how to manage Sculpy but as an artist. The struggle of comparing myself or quitting before I start because there's always an excuse resonates close to home. It was inspirational in an entirely different way. Thanks and keep the videos coming! They're not just instructional, I find them entertaining. Am I weird? Probably. But I can deal with that.
About what you said of the viewers choosing more characteristics of the sculptures: It would be awesome if you livestreamed sculpting, something like 3 to 4 hours sculpting while talking about what you're doing and thinking of, with live feedback, questions and suggestions
I like that idea. I would say he should maybe have a basic plan with some guided questions. Like "would you rather the base be purple or blue" or "do you think I should put this here or there". The reason I think it would be best to give just a few choices is because could you imagine having a few hundred people start throwing opinions at you? That might become pretty hectic because opinions very greatly. I would totally watch him sculpting live though. Great idea!
She looks super cool! It's nice to see someone take this kind of approach on Medusa. I've noticed a lot of artists like to take the human legs with snake hair route or make Medusa beautiful. I love the way you made her look like a true villain with the lower half of a snake much like Echidna. Great job!
been binging your videos for the past few days and this is my favorite sculpture of yours so far! So many fun creative details and colors. The hair looks just amazing
Wow!!! She is amazing!!! This is the first video of yours that I have watched and you are fantastic, so much talent. I have been playing with clay less then 6 months making jewelry. But this work that you do is on a completely different level and I love it, don’t think I could do it but I love seeing how you do and I am learning some tricks and tips by watching you. Thank you so much for sharing your talent. ❤️
Watching you make all those scales made my carpal tunnel act up! Amazing work as always. As for a suggestion: Pick 3 or more creatures that people have commented and mash them together.
Damn. I discovered this channel 2 days ago and with each video I'm more impressed! Really makes me want to pick up sculpting again which I haven't done since I'm a kid. I used to love that. This Medusa definitely rocks.
I would love to see you do something with feathers. Like a Phoenix or griffin or something along those lines.
@DGS_Jerdit, he made feathers on the arrows, does that count ?
A phoenix would be cool
DGS_Jerdit GRIFFIN GRIFFIN
i would love to see how he goes about making feathers!
or a Thunderbird from Fantastic Beasts
Perhaps Pegasus or a griffin! I don't think I've seen you do some feathers yet, so maybe a challenge?
He did such a fabulous owl! You should go watch the video, the feathers are so beautiful!!!
Clay
I thought of Pegasus as well
I love that you talk through your thinking process while you’re sculpting. It’s always fun to know the mental process behind a piece
I respect you for doing the scales one by one. Man that is PERFECTION!!

Maybe you could sculpt a Wendigo or a skinwalker? They are both really cool things that would look amazing as a sculpture!
Court0404 that would be amazing I would love to see that!
Court0404 Wendigo would be so sick
Yess, Dolllightful made a Wendigo monster high doll and her process is very inspiring and it would be interesting what take he would make it
Sculpt Donald Trump as a post apocalyptic character. The world he created.
I was going to say an ungodly terrifying monstrocity, but that works too
Please please do a Ballerina at some point :). You could go more realistic, or cartoonish, or even Tim Burton-ey. I would love to see how you create it!
YOU HAD ME AT TIM BURTON!!!
I want to see a time burton ballerina that sounds cool
A creepy ballerina would be AMAZING
Yes a TB!!
I love the idea of a Tim Burton-esque ballerina. :D
Only five minutes in and INDIVIDUAL SCALES YOU ABSOLUTE MADMAN!! they look fantastic tho so the effort paid off. You're an inspiration.
So well worth the extra effort on the scales. She's gorgeous. I'm so in love with your work ❣️
when you began the spheres as scales part... I said no he isn't! yep, he is. But yeah, they turned out great. they look all bumpy like one of those ghila monster lizards.
Make sculptures for the 7 deadly sins!
would love to see what characters you make for them :D
Omg that's a awesome idea I would love it if he did that!!
He should make lust a thicc man on that note.... ;)
I like the idea of his representation of the zodiac.
Is this a hobbie for him? Or is it a means of income?
@@claudeyaz probably both? Not sure
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"i dont do well with small stuff"
he says as he does amazing with the small stuff
You should try something inorganic with really clean, smooth blending and refined edges! Like a war mech! It could allow you to make really big and bulky shapes with lots of little details like scratches, wiring, etc. love everything you do! Keep inspiring!
Jackson Mayer like iron man or war machine?
This was an absolute joy to watch you displayed a great talent and should be very proud of your sculpture...
You are amazing. So much detail. Magic hands. Thank you for the instruction.
Been watching for about a month or so now, and it blows me away to see how much effort is put into each of these, its clear you love what you do and thats super great to watch. Your passion translates to me being passionate about watching. You are mad talented dude.
I would really like to see jack skellington. That would be awesome
Yes that would be totally awesome
When I think clay I automatically think Tim Burton just because I was a kid when nightamare cam out and it’s become tradition during that time of year to watch the film

Great advice from the great snatchy the clown
🐩🏪🐺
Great advice ur right.
she's beautiful!!! Thanks for the encouraging words. To keep trying and don't give up of something doesn't turn out at first 😊💜
Wow! This is a true masterpiece! I think you rendered her features PERFECTLY! I think you deserve more than just having a like left on the video, I wish there was a love button on youtube because I loved this. This is definitely my favorite so far. Maybe next you could make Cerberus or a cyclops?
definitely needs a love button
I love when I meet other Greek mythology geeks. Greek Geeks for the win!
Maybe the Goblin King or a creature from the Labyrinth?
David Bowie looked so cool as Jareth
Wish i could like this comment a million times xxxx
Omg yes please!!!
Oof YES
He should do it for David's birthday, as a memorial
@@kingharlaus8521 that was in January (and his death date was 2 days after) - I don't think I'm prepared to wait a year for this 😂
I would like to see you make a griffin. Though to be honest, anything you make I will watch. Your work is stunning. :0)
I love how you pay attention to detail and do your homework on the person or creature, well done!
I'd like to see a harpy. With a bird skull as a warrior helmet :)
Michelle Disselbach ooooh that’s be rlly pretty and cool
That's similar to his first 'Sculpt this' video
Yeah I agree
YEEEAB
YES! GREEK MYTHOLOGY IS THE BEST!
I’ve been up all night binge watching all your videos lol you have very good artistic skills, and you’re very creative I think you should sculpt something w feathers next‼️
i second feathers! And i know you don't like sculpting hands but i'd love to see some hands with claws.
You should do mythological creatures!!! I think a griffin would be cool!!!!
She, "MEDUSA," came out pretty cool my friend. I highly enjoy your talent. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Sincerely,
Jonny 😎

She is fantastic! Love your sculpting and painting work! Nice nod to Harryhausen!
Its a privilege to watch you work! Thank you!
Adding the gold to the tail at the end was the perfect choice!
A hydra would be very interesting to see you make!!
My son suggested a shark lol he’s 11- I said that would be too easy and he then he said, half shark half lizard then.... hehe... I think a dark version of any fairytale legend... or maybe a duo like red riding hood and the wolf? That’d be something to watch!
OMG... A Lycanthropic Little Red!
I feel like that's such a undated idea and whilst being done before there is still so much room to explore
Ig Sodaswirls I agree
She is amazing! It's so fun to watch you bring these sculptures to life. Thanks for sharing your talents with us!
I just fell in love with your work, well done mate !
Just discovered your video. What wonderful work. I really appreciate how you describe in detail the materials that you use in your creations.
Medusa is supposed to turn people into stone sculptures, right?
Oh, how the tables have turned.
EonCat Gaming yes she does look in to it more about Greek mythology it's pretty cool
Oh, how the tables have tabled
she makes men, only men, rock hard
Oh how the turn tables
EonCat Gaming o how the turntables
What about a half Mr Hyde and half Dr Jekyll? Maybe a giant demon vampire bat with some glowing eyes...
Jekyll/Hyde - This could make for a good TWO PART video. lol
Was also thinking of how the posing could be in a doorway for even more of a challenge haha I think it would be a very interesting and could have plenty of opportunity for polls and feed back like he wants
OH MY GOSH YES!

This is one of my favourites! I really enjoyed watching you create medussa and learnt a heck of a lot! 👍
I am just discovering you, right now. I got into sculpting with air dry clay about a year ago. I love everything that I am learning from you! Thank you so much for the inspiration and the education! xoxo
she's so beautiful, its stuff like this that makes me want to get into sculpting myself
He made her look ugly and it kinda made me mad a bit
Please do a Manticore or Chimera! Would be amazing
I voted Manticore on the last one, so I shall support you in this! Lol
Good idea, Pastel!! (Can I call you that?) I personally like the Chimera idea best...👍🏻
I bought a big block of sculpy after watching your videos, I still have a long was to go to get as good as you but it’s really fun to make stuff :)
Its good to get to know what you are using before you get too ambitious. :)
I love your projects. They fill me with a lot of inspiration for my creations. God bless your hansds! 😊
she looks amazing. I like the colors and texture of her tail. medusa is one my favorite creatures.
She turned out amazing. She’s definitely bigger than I thought she was. You did a fantastic job on her armour. 🐍
maybe u could do mothman?? ik it sounds like a superhero but it’s actually a cryptid / monster creature lol
How about a Griffin? Or something else not human based. Also sweet shirt. Keep it up, very inspirational.
Fantastic work.Sculpting was beautiful, and paint was as well. All around great job!
Stumbled upon this - what a fantastic job you did. WOW. Loved the FFWD & Commentary.
Just hit the subscribe button and I'm honestly amazed that you have the patience and sanity to spare while doing projects that require so much detail.

Love this series!!!! Oh and a cyborg alien could be pretty cool. If your up to the challenge
Could you please sculpt the "Pale Man" from Pan's Labrinth that would be so sick or any of the vampires from the movie Priest

the amount of patience this man had for the scales is godlike, I think I would've just stopped doing the whole thing after ten
Watching you make all those scales made my carpal tunnel act up! Amazing work as always.
As for a suggestion: Pick 3 or more creatures that people have commented and mash them together.
I thought of the same thing!
she came out very cool, you have inspired me to get back into sculpting thank you so much for being a very awesome sculptor and sharring all you do💯
wow! such incredible detail on a small sculpture! thanks.
Sense the dulahan got second place, can you make one next week?
Love it! The attention to detail is phenomenal!! You should do a minator as a companion piece
i remember trying to do medusa for a high school art project and you're right, researching her made it so much harder lmao.
Damn. I discovered this channel 2 days ago and with each video I'm more impressed! Really makes me want to pick up sculpting again which I haven't done since I'm a kid. I used to love that. This Medusa definitely rocks.
