Technically a "Hollywood" bath, not a Jack-n-Jill, but otherwise, you killed it with this design and the video explanation. Not at all my style, but I take a knee to the cohesive yet deceptively complex design. So so smart. Bet the homeowners love it!

Really, really GREAT JOB on all the muted colors, the dark hardware on the dark vanity is spot on, and the downstairs kitchenette counter stone is beautiful. I love the way light and dark plays on each other in the spaces. Movement of flow using warm pieces and creating anchors with dark pieces... even in simple accents and large pieces. The movement is transcended in each room creating different moods. I love your design, I am probably bias now but you make interior design and decor look like artwork.... artwork you live in.

I think I know the answer to this but in the downstairs family room, no bar or bar cart. The house is made for entertaining, so it struck me but again, I think I know the answer already. It’s a Utah thing, yes?

Change mattress every 8 years? As if mattresses were cheap... Mine is 20 yrs old and I'm only changing it when it goes bad, not because of some arbitrary rule.
