Promotion to Second Sailor | National Navy | Naval School of NCOs ARC "Barranquilla"

In many of the incorporations in which I have had the opportunity to participate, I have met many applicants, whom I have accompanied throughout the incorporation process, in this promotion ceremony, I ran into some of these young people who also I accompanied him on the day of his admission to the Naval School of Noncommissioned Officers as an applicant, for me it is very gratifying and fills me with pride, to see these young men today being staggered in the rank of Second Sailor, many congratulations to contingent 152 for their ascent.
