I hear petrol is scarce and expensive in Burundi, due to what is going on Ukraine I guess! Let's see how many cars will be the road, I am afraid my hometown is about to be a ghost town, God forbids! It is just cheaper and effecient to run bajaji!!
The scarcity of petrol is periodically. Not current however. Most that own vehicles can afford to run them even at rising fuel costs. It won't affect traffic much.
