  • Retrofitting 997 seats into my 2004 Porsche Boxster S 550 Spyder. It should have been pretty quick and easy with the wiring! Creating new brackets for the front mounting and welding them in place made this a long project! Part 2 with the passenger seat, weight comparison, height comparison, and review coming next!

    I did the total opposite when I got my 986. It had 987 seats in it already, but I found a pristine set of 986 seats and swapped back. Thankfully the original installer was lazy and never modified any of the wiring!

    Hey man, love the content, what model of quick jack do you have? I know that f10 m5 size wont work on f90

    My heating element on my 986 seats broke. That caused the seat heater to not work. After looking at what it takes to fix it I decided I didn't need heated seats.
