It's a Swedish medieval folk song. Eisenfunk has modified the lyrics a little, and also made it shorter, but the original meaning still remains the same, and I think it's awesome. I include both what they sing in Swedish and an English translation:

I never thought I would be finding one of my new TOP favorite 5 songs of my all-time life this Friday afternoon! Seriously, I am 35 years old, have had my own music taste since the age of 9-10 (White/Rob Zombie, Powerman5000, eventually to discover Rammstein and then Slayer around the age of 12..). This song. Just. Rocks. Wow, it has it all as far as my personal music tastes go. It even satiates my inner metalhead tastes with the classic-folk melodies. This is a true work of art and I hope it reaches as wide of an audience as it seems "Pong" has as of late (I think "The Algorithm" is feeding it to all sorts of people if you check out the comments in that vid here on YT lately). I was not expecting this to come up in my feed today.. TH-cam likes to keep anything from this band near the bottom of my recommendations. This song is gonna be blasted on the regular for some years now.
