He was not dissing all youtube rappers. Actually in India some youtubers who make other types of videos just keep dropping dis tracks for each other even tho they have no connection with hiphop. Their songs are very bad and their audiences thinks thats what hiphop is and the songs which are deserving don't get the recpgnition they deserve.

Khoon was not much technical but it was kinda good (Much improved from nam lele).It was having some decent references and decent flow on the drill beat.He is far away from being called a 'garbage rapper'

Hey Bro, I think you misunderstood when Karma says youtube rappers. In this youtube rappers means those youtubers who are not the wrappers, they are making other videos like comedy, pranks, roasting, entertainment etc. But they dropped the Rap track which is not even the rap. That just the song with creepy writting and rhyming. But they got views more than the artist who actually cares and follow the Rap culture. If you see there are so much rappers with good lyrics and rhyme but the views doesn't justify the talent of the artist. I hope this might help you to understand the scene in DHH.
