    1 molecule of H20=3 atoms how? I didn't understand where you got this from..thank you!

      A single molecule of water is composed of 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom. (Thus, the formula H2O.) That makes 3 atoms total in a molecule of water. Thanks for asking!
