Yes. It comes from the cylinder, clutch, and gears running together for the first hours/100 miles. This happens will bike, but I feel it happened more to Chinese clones. The metal is not a strong and they are put together tighter.

The RPM are controlled by the computer on this bike. If your bike is stalling or cutting out, then I recommend a new Tamp sensor. You might what to get an OBD2 reader and see if you can adjust it that way as well. Check out my latest video though, that might explain the issue.

can you upgrade or adjust the shock
Yes, you can adjust the back shock, but not the front. And probably not worth the cost to replace them.
