What blessedness to be able to see this magical music so conveniently on TH-cam. The only thing i actively do when i hear this is to keep aside the fact of the bewildering talent on display.. because that kind of awe will keep hanging between me and what i hear. Once that is done, then its all pure wonder, mystery, boldness, freedom, surprise and joy!
I've always loved the technique and playing style of these guitarists, but still I don't like the music they are playing, it feels amazing that the level of their playing is so high and songs are strange, I just can't find any good composition there, it's really amazing thing, I think, it must be a meaning to be like that?
Maybe you just have to be a connoisseur to appreciate it. I play guitar and can understand the unbelievable amount of skill it takes to do what these guys are doing. To me, for three guitar players of this caliber to play so precisely in unison at lightning speeds is mind boggling. Paco was a God and will always be remembered as one of the best ever.
I think its even better that you find this amazing without deriving any special joy from the compositions...that way it remains a mystery why you like it at all and mystery is a big part of enjoying music:)

This is the best music ever in world.Flamenco and paco de lucia always are in our hearts.
