First, be careful with tylenol pm. Mixing that with prescription pain meds can be dangerous. Other suggestions: 1-bidets. There's the kind that connect to the toilet and a portable kind that can be put in your purse that's similar to a peri bottle but with a curved head that you can aim with. 2- waterless foam soap. 3- wisp disposable toothbrushes. 4-disposable ice/heat packs. 5-grabber/reacher and lastly, a walking stick or cane. These are the basics for any surgery I have, or just good to have if I'm going through a flareup.
