(With hobbies, school, relationships) I’ve noticed I often let myself down when I know I could be the best true version of myself due to how scary that change is. There’s so much I want to take on and I want my confidence to grow. But I won’t allow it to because the idea of stepping out of the comfort zone is scary of to me.
