Skarner is OP and there are a lot of comps where you will want Skarner or Sejuani. Even Canyon is put on tank duty sometimes. It's just part of the game. Good to practice for a pro.

Just break your fasts with fruit but if you don't go potatoes or eggs that's fiiiine just personal preference
