You have to flash the latest available firmware
Also sometimes it won't flash and give you an error. Just reboot back to download mode and start again.

@@QuazwersxceX i don't know man, TWRP did get installed properly but it does not BOOT. properly.
You booted right after twrp was flashed?
In odin turn off the AUTO RESTART option. Flash twrp and when its successful, remove battery and place again. Then press volume up + home + power button and it will boot into twrp
Also make sure you've downloaded the latest twrp

@@QuazwersxceX but it is asking for dm variety. In this video you provided dm variety disabling kernel for marshmallow. As i tried once without dm variety but its not flashed properly what can i do now bro help me. Or can i flash the same kernel for oreo what will happen. will it work?

Have you downloaded the latest twrp. I rooted oreo without any issue. Just flashed it via Odin, booted to recovery and it was fine
