    BEHARI QORMA
    Ingredients
    Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs
    Clarified butter ½ cup
    Brown onion grinded ½ cup
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Chili powder 1 ½ tsp heaped
    Poppy seeds grinded 1 tbsp
    Almond powder 1 tbsp
    Coconut powder 1 tbsp grounded
    Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Screw pine water few drops
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Turmeric ¼ tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Green cardamom ½ tsp
    Boiled eggs 2 to serve
    METHOD
    Heat ghee, add chicken and fry for 5 mins till golden, remove, add in ginger garlic, whole spices, Dhania, turmeric, salt, chili powder and fry well, add yogurt gradually little by little and fry well, add in the chicken, back to masala and fry, add ½ cup water, cover and cook then add brown onion, grinded dry fruit paste, allspice powder and screw pine water, leave it on dum, adding ½ cup water, lastly add ginger julienne, cardamom powder, remove, serve garnished with boiled egg and some more ginger julienne.

    CHEESE CAKE SALAD
    Ingredients
    Cream cheese 8 ounce
    Pudding mix 1 packet
    Cream whipped 1 cup
    Icing sugar ¼ cup
    Vanilla essence ½ tsp
    Fresh fruits as required
    METHOD
    Beat cream cheese, add pudding mix. In another bowl, beat cream with sugar and essence, add to the cream mixture, add fruit to your cream mixture and serve chilled.

    CHICKEN CHARGHA KARAHI
    Ingredients
    Chicken 1 kg cut into 4 pcs or use whole chicken
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Meat tenderizer 2 tsp
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Cayenne peppers 2 soaked and grinded 2 tbsp
    Yogurt 4 tbsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Chargha masala 1 tbsp
    Oil as required
    METHOD
    Marinate tikka pcs or whole chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, then shallow fry chicken till golden brown on both the sides.
    Ingredients for Masala
    Clarified butter ½ cup
    Chat masala 1 tsp heaped
    Green chilies 6
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Yogurt 6 tbsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Coriander leaves to garnish
    Chargha masala 1 tbsp
    METHOD
    Heat clarified butter, fry green chilies and remove keep aside. In the same clarified butter, add yogurt little by little, all the leftover marination, ginger garlic paste, all the dry spices, chargha masala, add in the fried chicken with the leftover ghee in which we fried chicken, leave it on dum and serve.
