    Eu sou formado em técnico em mecânica, apesar de ter ido pra área da Eng Civil, mas esse vídeo me trouxe a recordação de quando estudamos tornaria mecânica e automatizada, fantástico. É mesmo uma obra de arte.

    O vídeo ficou muito bom. Eu nunca tinha visto um processo de usinagem. Achei muito legal.
    Eu só fiz pessas no software CATIA, mas nunca imaginei que seria assim que elas seriam criadas.

    Meu amigo para fazer uma usinagem assim.. tem que ter uma máquina adequada.. com qualquer torno CNC,,pode esquecer..nao da certo.... ficou chique... parabéns!!!

    É um torno CNC, não precisa de fluido de corte porque a dureza e a resistência mecânica do material são baixos, também porque a peça é revestida( talvez carbeto de titânio P-35) e o cavaco formado é contínuo, o que favorece a dissipação da energia gerada. Eles usam essa configuraçao justamente para não usar fluido de corte, senão não dava para ver tão bem o processo.

    A primeira vez q eu liguei um torno . Fui num numa rotação de 2,600 , tava tao rapido q a peça escapo e foi arremessada a mais de 20 metros ... Num sei se eu ria ou chorava ... todo mundo parou e ficou olhando pra mim...Mais foi engraçado

      Carbeto de tungstênio, ligas colantes de Cobalto e Níquel, e revestimento de nitratos de titânio, trióxido de alumínio mais carboneto de titânio.
