Hi thanks for watching. I believe on the application it does ask if you travelling alone. Do not quote me but at that point you can add your wife details under your same application. If you are unable to do so then it would be two different application, but your appointment date can be the same to go ahead and do biometrics. Besides that I do believe you can add her. Between you both you can decide who is the head applicant……
