- Just an update which contains all three themes in the one video. They stay quite true to the originals and utilise the new CineBrass album to give some epic brass crazyness. The mp3 download contains the medley of three Robotnik boss pieces.

Absolutely loved it, loved the impact that the short yet powerful Sonic 1 Robotnik theme produced.
I was Dr. Eggman this year for a Halloween costume contest. The coordinator told us we could have any appropriate music play to signify each of our arrivals. When I walked onto the stage I had this video play. It was awesome...

Robotnik is running! Let's catch him!
Phase 1:
Robotnik sends out his Drill Car from Sonic 2, but it's now faster than normal and has 2 drills. Sonic needs to jump over the car and hit robotnik 3 times to end Phase 1.
Phase 2:
Robotnik pulls out a wrecking ball, swinging it faster than normal. Sonic needs to hit Robotnik 4 times.
Phase 3:
Robotnik shoots a ice cube at Sonic. It's weak, but enough for Robotnik to pull out his fire machine. He shoots 4 fireballs at Sonic. It's hard to hit him, but you only need to do it once.

Sonic movie 2 better have the Sonic 2 boss theme.
@@phunnieoneI think Sonic 1 boss theme would fit better, especially in some kind of a scene that reveals that Robotnik managed to stay alive after the events of 2nd movie. There could also fit in "Big Arms" theme from Sonic 3

This just slapped a great big nostalgic grin on my face. Thank you! If anything your orchestrated version of the sonic 1 boss music should've been the final boss music for sonic generations.
I felt that grin too. I played only the first sonic and sonic mania for the classic line up of sonic games. So it was a pleasure hearing it again

Robotnik is the only one we know who’d take a jug band system, robots and xylophone playing and put them all together to make something as creative, yet unrealistic and then brand it as “robot music”.
How to make a villain more menacing: number 4: give them a Menacing Theme. Number 328: give them there own ancient mural showing them good guys they should be afraid.

That Sonic 1 Boos theme is very reminiscent to the theme of the very first RoboCop film.

I can imagine this on the Sequel, with Ivo appearing from the sky, with more developed Drones and him in the middle, ready for a round 2 with Sonic, maybe with the implication of the Chaos Emeralds.

you should really think about submitting some of these to major coroprations and tell them "i could save you alot of money on hiring a REAL orchestra" you would be hired so FING fast. and you really deserve to reap some kind of benefits. your work is amazing.
