So true health starts mentally. If you can find a balance for your mental health, you will feel better and make better decisions that will take care of you. Mentally, physically and emotionally.
My grandfather died from colon cancer five years ago so I know how difficult it is having to deal with the situation. I pray for healing for this young man and that God will take full control. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

After the experience, I realised how precious life is and it should not be taken for granted. Our health is paramount, we have to take care of self!!! So sorry to hear about your friend.
