- Winter Break 2 night Camping Trip in Jacksonville, FL. There was so much to enjoy at this campground. Biking, hiking trails, fishing, playgrounds, splash park, kayak/ canoe rentals, boat ramp, disc golf course, beach access and so much more. Our family is new to this TH-cam Channel thing. They have a campstore that has all the basic necessities that you would need if you forgot anything.
The friendly HOST campers and other visitors were so welcoming and helpful.
We definitely plan to return and enjoy all the other amenities we missed out on especially in the warmer seasons to go visit the beach.

@@marlenetonyadventures8893 I live right around the corner from it, I like to surf fish there. We reserved a cabin next month do the cabins have locks and are they nice? Never tried the cabins yet.
@@JasonXBeats it does have a lock, power, heat/AC, little front screen porch. But it’s an empty “box” that you can add your air mattress and other camping gear. Simple but we had a blast

@@JasonXBeats yes, they give you a key to the cabin when you check in at the main campsite office.
We are headed to this camp ground ..my family is saying too soon to travel but its SPRING break
It’s a great place. You will enjoy it and the beach is so close. Hopefully the weather will be amazing.
How long does it take you to walk from the campground to the beach?
It depends on what side of the campground you are on but at most 20 min but as little as 5. Bike ride even faster
