Eat at least 1 piece of fruit and not more than 2 portions(too much sugar) Eat it DAILY!!! and YES... you have to eat it RAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interestingly, I had a similar experience six months ago with lactobacillus probiotics, and I stopped taking them when I noticed weight gain. Is weight fluctuation normal when using probiotics, and have others experienced similar effects?
