I don't understand, Zane could not activate Cyber Valley's effect, because it was negated by the effect of Destiny Hero - Plasma.
Cyber Valley is removed as a cost, so it's off the field when its effect resolves, and therefore Plasma can't negate it.

Zane made a misplay he should have used polymerization instead of power bond because he would of had more lp but also defeat edo his next turn.
It was not a missplay, the plan was to finish him off quickly. However, Edo had a set that saved him.
