I am currently going through the KPI framework, and am really trying to pin down me Perfect Pitch. That alignment model is lovely, and kinda sparked a bit of clarity in my drafting of said Pitch. I have been immersed in Daniel's teachings for like the past year and a half. Daniel - great video and absolutely get it. I am SO passionate about my work to the point where I think I overthink it (doing it again!) and try to solve the whole problem from the start! Learning to scale it back and make it simpler, particularly when offering a smaller but 'this will solve a key problem you know you have now' product to bring people into my world. Do you have any further advice for how to dial down the passion? Love the analogy of it being a warming fire rather than a raging furnace! Very interested in how you have achieved this as I know you be passionate about your subject! Thanks
