    Ingredients-
    8 betel leaves
    1 tsp cardamom powder
    4 tsp Gulkand
    2 tsp aniseeds (soaked in water )
    2 tsp white vinegar
    2 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    To pinch of green food colour
    Chop the betel leaves and put them in grinding jar ,add elaichi powder, Gulkand and saunf. now grind and make fine smooth paste add sugar and water in pan, cook it on medium flame do not make any string in this sugar syrup, we want only sticky sugar syrup ,when sugar dissolve completely add pan paste ,mix it well.
    Add green colour into it ,so that sharbat will look beautiful now add white vinegar in to it ,cook again for 8-10 minutes when it looks little sticky switch off the flame, let it cool completely. now strain with cotton malmal cloth, to get smooth sharbat now we will serve it
    put 2-4 ice cubes in glass and add sharbat into it, then pour chilled water enjoy this refreshing cool pan sharbat.
