She is a hafu of French and Japanese mix. Her eyes are huge and her other features so small, nearly looks alien (but in a cute way). I believe the parent she has that is French, possibly influenced some of the sounds in her music.
Because of a strange type of caste system in Japan however, most Japanese don't want hafu at the top of any industry however. So they are left to be a niche mostly. Some Japanese really like them, yet the majority prefer to see their own.

Most hafu's look like shit, but Dahlia looks very unique and cool. She looks like the absolute epitome of a model.
