I was wondering if blowers were still used to fill silo like they did 60 years ago when I was a kid on the farm. I guess they do because a worm or helix drive could not handle that volume.
I'm pretty sure that cross conveyor gets moved to the other end of the pit and the pit web is run in reverse from how it's pictured here. The carts then dump where the conveyor is located here.

How would it go in the other silos when that one is full when u got a concrete walls there

Is it a larger filling pipe? Higher capacity blower?
Can alfalfa be stored into sile as well ?
