Dear Doctor, Thank you very much for this very very very clear and very satisfactory presentation. I am a retired professor of physics. I found your approach very very friendly and totally in line with physical laws
have a question at 17min19seconds in video there is a slide says: Risk stratification is critical and the risk of dying of prostate cancer within 15 years of diagnosis ranges from 0% to 65%, Is this for UNTREATED prostate cancer or for people who had prostatectomy or radiation?? just asking because I have Gleason 4+3 and with my PSA, AGE and biopsy I am capra score of 5 and have not started treatment yet, still deciding surgery or radiation SBRT. Thank you for all the information
31:20 Can prostate surgeons do 2000 prostatectomy operations over a 20 or so year period, seems like a lot given all the other urological things that they work on as well? How would a surgeon like that compare to one that has only done about 250 prostatectomys in a 20 year period??
Sitting. Truck drivers and computer programmers have the highest rates. High IGF1 levels have also been linked. We do know why they form but doctors don’t want you to know that.

Great comparison. Thanks for your time to do this.
What age should a male begin scheduling a prostate exam, and how often should they get an exam?
Get a PSA test at 40 to establish a baseline
Then, depending on risk factors, every year or two.
thank you Sir
