- Save Me Hollywood is a Filipino rock/pop punk/alternative band based in Quezon City, Philippines. This is a new project consisting of members from well-known influential rock acts Chicosci and Typecast. Bassist Carlos Calderon of Chicosci and drummer Melvin Macatiag of Typecast are joined by April Morning Skies guitarists Aaron Corvera and Kenneth Aranza, along with former MYX VJ Juliann Savard.

people should really avoid that hipster attitude. it's alright to enjoy mainstream music, as long as you give a fair shake to underground artists as well. marami naman ding artists na nasa mainstream ngayon na underground parin ang sound, as well as artists in the underground with mainstream-ish sounds. just learn to appreciate both. besides, all you need are good ears to hear them out! :)

yup so as I, I totally love the band, the only thing is the sound is so western, maybe it's time to make music that is "ours", no offense to the band or anything. Maybe it's time to drop the yo-people-in-the-house thingy and hear more of mga-kababayan-ko type. I wonder how wonderful their sound in a tagalog lyrics :))
