My lifetime began in the Huxtables era, so discovering Bill Cosby as Alexander Scott on I Spy was very surprising. Oddly enough two I Spy quest stars appear in this film (Gloria Foster/Sheldon Leonard). It's entertaining to see Cosby (Aaron Strickland) in a more grounded spy story than the parody Leonard Part 6.
It was an unsuccessful pilot for a TV series, and essentially an attempt to recreate I SPY (note that Cosby's character here is named Aaron Strickland--the same initials as his I SPY character Alexander Scott).
I wondered when the liars would turn up. The whole rape case was a miscarriage of justice against Bill Cosby. The case should never have been brought to court, but when you have political enemies out to get you and reduce your power, and idiots like you, what do you expect?

I had never heard of this one before. But I love movies from the 70s and Cosby's work from this time period, so I will be watching this one.
