I find the story of Rolf and the daughters to be extremely intriguing. On one hand you had the daughter praying to God, begging for help, only for the killers to claim they worship the devil and then kill her mother and grandmother. On the other hand, you had the father who was stripped naked, shot in the head TWICE, be doused in gasoline and lit on fire, manage to SURVIVE and end up being the major factor behind the girls being rescued. That itself is just... beyond a miracle. Yet what happened to the mother and grandmother is beyond tragic and reprehensive. I wonder why I'm typing this out on an pVc video, but as a believer in SOME kind of afterlife/creator, whether it's spiritual or not, it's events like this that really makes the ol' noggin a joggin'. Also, the fact that BOTH OF THEM didn't receive the death penalty is absolutely maddening. Not to mention how the one that was sentenced to death is even still alive to this day. Our fucking justice system has so many problems wrong with it and it's cases like these, where the fact these two men committed the crimes is absolutely 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt, yet they still manage to delay the death sentence through said broken justice system.

I've had some things happen in my own life that have made me utterly convinced that there's a higher power up there, from being saved by a police officer about 5 seconds before I was about to be kidnapped, to when I was a child having my pet cockatiel fly out of our house, completely disappear into the night, and then have someone blocks over call our apartment complex specifically to notify them that a pet bird was in the area despite them having no knowledge we had owned it or that our complex was the one that had lost it. There have been many other incidents that have happened in my life that I can't just attribute always to luck and thus again, this video just got me thinking about such events.
